Any NZers Catch Nightline??
 

I was watching nightline last night, and i went to the toilet :laugh: and i missed stevie being interviewed :eek: My mother was watching and she said that stevie said that after the NZ/Aussie tour she is going to set up a film company (?) and Fleetwood Mac is starting a new tour :blob1: and apprantley there were things said about American Idol & lots of other goss, but my mother couldnt really remember the details :mad:


Im soo annoyed that i missed it because i had to go toilet :laugh: Im going to try and find a copy of the interview, but if any body else saw it, it would be great to fill us all in !

I hope your Mom heard correctly about the FM tour mention. I can just hear you grilling your Mom, "What did she say Mom, EXACTLY?!" :laugh: That's how I'd be. If you could really find out what exactly was said and post it here that would be awesome! I wonder what comments she had on American Idol? Hmmm. Thanks for the info so far! :wavey:

LOL, i was actually still sitting on the toilet when she was telling me :laugh: I was grilling her all that i could, but she seemed pretty confident that Stevie is opening some sort of production company (my mum seems to think its film, but :confused: ) and that FM will be touring soon after stevie finishes up here. I mum is just telling me now that Stevie said if she was just starting her career now, she would audition for Idol, becuase the music industry has changed so much, that there is now no room for real talent :thumbsup:

Thanks for the Idol info. And thank your Mom too! Yeah, Stevie's been understandably bitter about the present music business lately. Can't say I blame her. This starting a film company thing - I'll believe it when I see it. :rolleyes:
With any luck the Mac won't wait until '07 to start touring and maybe start sometime this year! :blob1:

I know. That would be so awesome. I think I read somewhere long ago that Stevie said she had a dream once where she was accepting an award for either a Tony or Oscar.

Wow, can you imagine if Rhiannon was a successful movie with her songs behind it on the soundtrack? AWESOME. I would love to see all the merchandise for this movie. T-shirts, mugs, etc... I would definately wear a Rhiannon t-shirt.

So FM is touring soon after Stevie finishes up Australia. Thats a month. DVD should take 3 months to edit. And another to release. Could there FM tour to match up with the DVD of this show during the summer?
