Wait!!! I think Paula is sending me a music present!!! Hurray! :woohoo: |
I really didn't give or get much in the way of music this year.
The only person to receive any from me got Lindsey's Soundstage and Hootie and the Blowfish's new one... can't remember the name but it's something about "Sparky." Whatever. I received "Enjoy Every Sandwich: The Songs of Warren Zevon" (tribute album), "Fleetwood Mac: Then Play On" and an MP3 player (which I have subsequently filled with Walter Egan, Tom Petty and Lindsey Buckingham songs. I need to get an SD card for it so I can put even more on there). |

My friend's two favorite bands are Hootie and the Blowfish and Fleetwood Mac, in that order. I never really cared for them but even she didn't know they had the album out. I just happened to come across it one day at Target or Walmart. Apparently they've had five or six albums (including a greatest hits) and Darius Rucker also has a solo album. P.S. On the Itunes... I prefer to live in the stone age where you have an actual tangible cd to hold in your hands (and take up space) with liner notes to look at. I'm weird that way. The MP3 player was not something I asked for or expected. |

I received Carly Simon's greatest hits from mom, for which I was quite pleased.:)
