5 Days and counting...

and we'll find out what the sex of our baby is! I'm 20 weeks along and I've just really started to feel it kick in the past few days. So just for fun what do you guys think it will be?

GypsySorcerer 11-05-2005 12:38 PM

I am thinking a sweet................boy! :D

Neal 11-05-2005 12:40 PM

If (and that's the biggest, fattest 'if' ever!) I were raise a child I think I'd prefer a girl. So that's what I voted for. :)

Congratulations, by the way!!! :wavey:

AliceLover 11-05-2005 02:37 PM

Im guessing a boy!!!!

Gypsy-Rhiannon 11-05-2005 03:22 PM

I voted for girl. I hope it doesn't have it's legs crossed and you can find out the sex!

Pip

xxxmx 11-05-2005 03:58 PM

you know i'm pulling for a girl :wavey:

ontheEdgeof17 11-05-2005 04:12 PM

Well....I'm guessing girl....a lil Sara....

I've always wanted a niece. ;)

GardenStateGirlie 11-05-2005 05:44 PM

I'll guess girl though it seems everyone is having boys recently that I know.

macfanken 11-05-2005 05:50 PM

I'm thinking it will be a girl. ;)

WildInTheWind 11-05-2005 06:16 PM

I said girl. Good luck with the ultrasound!!! I had 3 and they couldn't tell what Olivia was. On the 4th one, a week before she was born, they told me she was a boy.

amber 11-05-2005 06:22 PM

I'd really have to know the time in your cycle that the conception occured to make an educated guess....
But you seem like you'd be good with a boy, so I'll say that one.
:wavey:
Congrats, the moms I know were all very excited to see their ultrasounds.

Kelly 11-05-2005 10:48 PM

I am voting for a girl! They could not tell for two of my kids because of the babies position. Let's hope the baby has its legs open to the tech can see!

Richard B 11-06-2005 02:19 AM

I voted girl only because I know very little about you and to think that you're 20 weeks already and have just started feeling kicks...it just sounds like a mellow girl.

It's cute that you think a girl would be more mellow.

Really? I have experience in this. I know a lot of women who have kids...and let me tell you, usually the more mellow the pregnancy, the more likely it is a girl. Bu there are exceptions. Anyway, looks like this is gonna be a Capricorn or Aquarius.

Hi Amber!!

TwistedGypsy 11-07-2005 10:02 AM

Wow seems everyone wants a girl. I did the ring test though and it came out boy. But this has been a very mellow pregnancy so far. I've had no morning sickness, but I could smell a butterflys fart a mile away. And MAJOR Mood swings  but those have seem to go away.
3 more days now! :woohoo:
Brit

DavidMn 11-07-2005 02:30 PM

Whichever it is Brit, heres hoping it's healthy above all else.

I had a girl, and I had a very mellow pregnancy... up until my water broke at 28 weeks! I had no morning sickness, no mood swings, but my sense of smell was overwhelming. I was a very happy pregnant lady. I think I literally glowed.

Anyhoo, I'm betting it's a girl! Good luck to you! Keep us posted! :wavey:

TwistedGypsy 11-10-2005 12:18 PM

Thanks for voting everyone, but it seems majority does not win in this case. We are having a boy!:blob2: Thanks for all the kind words.

So much for my input. hahaha.

Congrats on your boy! I'm going to be an Uncle in just a few weeks to my little nephew. He's due December 7th. Ugh...a Sagittarius. I'll deal. Hopefully you're mellow boy is going to be a Capricorn, like me.

Have a healthy, beautiful birth!

GypsySorcerer 11-10-2005 12:43 PM

Congrats, Brit! Best wishes. Can't wait to see pictures of him when the time comes!

Amber!! Hello there.

Is it due in Feb...Aquarius...that's okay. We are after all in the Age of Aquarius.

But Sag...don't get me started.

Hello.

Yeah. But I know some Sag's who would say: "Capricorns! don't get me started!"
 :wavey:
And, of course, don't get me started with either one....:p

If they only knew (WORST sign in the zodiac. I'd rather deal with an Aries). Each sign after is better than the last. And remember you always have something to learn from the next sign, which is more evolved in some aspects. So for me, I should have something to learn from Aquarius. Which works for me since I'm Aquarius rising/Mars Aquarius in the first house. Any sign that is in the first house in your chart is very predominant.

So with that in mind, look to Leo for answers for you.

With that in mind, no way.
I know that "look to the sign ahead of you" thing, but I don't think that is supposed to be completely literally. I also don't necessarily think of the signs later as more evolved. I mean, the people aren't necessarily more evolved.
I kind of imagine that as "later on the karmic wheel". And also, "children" can have a different kind of wisdom than adults, so who's really to say who is more evolved? (Obviously I would say that, being only the fourth sign. :D )
You can go ahead and learn from aquarius, though. :wavey:

wondergirl9847 11-10-2005 02:10 PM

Congrats!

I voted for a big lovin' boy. :) You KNOW you wanna name him Lindsey, right?
