Sleep an hour longer!

Just a reminder for those that need it: The clock goes back an hour this particular night. In half an hour for the people on this side of the world.

sparky 10-29-2005 07:33 PM

Thanks for the reminder. Awesome. More sleep.

ontheEdgeof17 10-29-2005 07:35 PM

Thanks, Father Time!

macfanken 10-29-2005 07:37 PM

Yay! Sleeping is one of my favorite things!

Brwn_eyes0511 10-29-2005 07:50 PM

Is that tonight that it changes?

WOOHOO! :woohoo:

Me and the bed are so BFF!

SuzeQuze 10-29-2005 08:32 PM

I love the extra hour for the weekend but hate it getting dark so early after the change. :distress:

yea I hear ya! It takes me a while to get used to it being dark earlier. However it is the TRUE time when we fall back an hour...if you ask me the only reason we move forward in the spring is so men can play golf longer!

Oh JOY. 13 hours of work instead of 12.

DavidMn 10-30-2005 12:41 AM

Trust me, I'll need it.

yeah, i don't get an extra hour of anything. i sleep for the same amount of time, but when i wake up, it's even earlier than usual. i never got the whole 'waa extra hour' celebration. at least my phone does it automatically, i'd never remember otherwise.

I must be a gloomy person, then, because I love it. It actually depresses when spring comes and we turn the clocks forward. :o

The only thing I like about it is having a fire every night.

I do miss my fireplace  Sadly, it was fitted with gas logs with a remote control, which sort of ruined it

I did have this cool Louis XIV marble mantel, which you would have HATED

My aunt and uncle have one of these in their house. It keeps you surprisingly warm during the winter.

I love everything about fall -- the foliage, the crisp smell outside, the darkness, etc. I'm with you -- I prefer fall to spring
