silly rabbit! we all know he DIDNT but he engineered events to occupy the White House anyway! I knew you'd respond......the reason this is important is to EXPOSE it and PREVENT it from happening again. It is vitally important that we get Bush out, and if we can show he never won, so much the better, see?

There is still part of me that is incredulous that this could happen in the United States in 2005. It makes me really sad and then I just get pissed. At some point, when he no longer wields all this power, everything will come out. Not that it isn't out now, but Americans don't believe anything that ain't on the TV.

reebokandlace 10-26-2005 10:47 AM

Well, I am afraid the Bush Regime will not end with George. Jeb will run for President and win! By no means is this game over.

Remember, George (and Jeb) are just puppets, if you really think he is the one making all these decisions then you are giving him more credit than he is due -- the real question is, who is the puppet master? That is what really scares me.

That is a very depressing thought. I'm just betting on the Dem winning after this disastrous presidency.

anyone who is mad about this state of affairs should definitely check out www.fringefolk.com there is quite a lot of info there on this topic.

that is not going to happen!

However Republicans are going to need to watch themselves come primaries! If they nominate another "electable" candidate...then the dems. are going to win.

What scares me most is really we have no control. Yes, the people may vote for a dem by an overwhelming majority, but will we see those numbers or will the computer say Jeb has won, regardless of what is real!? Did the dems win by an overwhelming majority last time? We will never really know. Either way, I am losing my civil liberties and people are cheering as we go down in flames.

By the way--- I am a social democrat and a fiscal republican. Our current leader scares the hell out of me.

:xoxo: Another person with your eyes open. I still have faith we can turn things around. We have to have faith! And don't say Jeb anymore, I have a mini seizure every time I see his name.

Believe it or not, Jeb is actually an intelligent man, and he's very much in control of his government (witness how on top of things he usually is both before and after hurricanes). By no means is he the kept-in-the-dark idiot boy king that his brother became. That doesn't make him a good governor, but it is unfair to categorize him with George in that way.

I'm a conservative all the way around for the most part. I am not AS conservative on specific social views but when it comes to the government and economy...I'm such a pseudo-libertarian!!!!!!

And in the primaries I'm going to vote for the most right-wing nut on the list! Because that is going to be your Ronald Reagan and that is who is going to vote in your landslides.

Clinton should have been gone! And if you ask me, they would have never had a case for impeachment (and succeeded) if not for my Ann!

So if anyone can get a President impeached...it is Ann.

She said the title of her new book (due out next year) MIGHT be "Impeach Bush!"

I swear, sometimes I think you are living a lucid dream and have no clue about the real world.....where you get the idea Ann Coulter was responsible for impeaching Clinton is anybody's guess. Shes a human whoopie cushion. a Vertible Old Faithful spewing bad air. Big Freakin Deal. And for all your vaunted faith in her, Im gonna LAFF MY BUTT OFF when she fails to impeach Monkey Boy. Surely you jest. She was an unpaid advisor to the Paula Jones camp. And they lost in court. The Paula Jones bull**** would have led to the Monica Lewinsky bull**** with or without Manny.

I'm talking about more than simply Paula Jones' briefs. She pretty much laid out the ground work with "High Crimes and Misdemeanors."

No - you are not. You are a religious conservative who wants the govt. to enforce Christianity over all other religions in direct violation of the First Amendment. You are also an uninformed and unleared rube who refuses to call facts facts and instead gives unsupprted opinions on things you read off of some religious right wing hate site. That is what you are and why you try to hide that is beyond me.

obviously you cant say that with a straight face, hence the laffing smilie....

because the truth of the matter is that it most certainly IS being forced on ALL of us, from the classroom to the bedroom to the courtroom from the cradle to the grave, and I do NOT call myself a Christian in the manner of the wacko fundies of today.

If anything Christians are being oppressed.

It shouldn't be a holiday, no pledge in the classrooms...

Well this is essentially a Christian nation. But I don't think THAT EVERYONE that lives in the USA should be forced into Christianity...no.

So why use only the Judeo-Christian form of marriage? By allowing only one form to be officially recognized by the govt. and allowing automatic benefits otherwise unavailable to flow to that marriage, one religion is being promoted over another. Thus, the only conclusion is for the govt. not to be in the business of marriage at all or in any way. Yet, the Christian right will never allow that because they for some reason think that if the US Govt. does not put their religion first, their religion will somehow fail or be less. That insecurity is ridiculous to me because I would believe regardless of what the Govt. told me. In the end, politicians know religion is a wedge issue and they use it that way, which belies the true intent of any form of Christianity I know of.

How is a lack of govt. recognition of those stopping you from particiapting in them?

As for the Pledge, "under God" was put in there to stop Communism and as a way to force Christianity down the throats of Americans.
