No Spoken Word
Some people walk down that darkened street
With the faith of a child And so go the faithless But after awhile, she says... No spoken word (Let's make a deal here) |
I Can't Wait
to win.
I just think it is so different than anything she had ever done. Also, I have many a time spazzed out dancing to it both in public and in my house. |

I Can't Wait

"No Spoken Word" was much better live, but nothing beats the studio version of "I Can't Wait".. |

Final Round~I Can't Wait

I Can't Wait
I love the video close-ups. Classic RAL Stevie.
|
No Spoken Word
Don't get me wrong, I Love I Can't Wait, but . . .I guess I love NSP just a bit more.
|
I Can't Wait
I've made up my mind.
|
No Spoken Word.
|
To Win: I Can't Wait..
...or am I wasting my time?
|
No Spoken Word for the win!
I love I Can't Wait, but for some reason I'd rather have NSW.
|
I Can't Wait
I am in such shock right now that it has come down to these songs and ICW isn't going to win by a Landslide. I'm truly speechless. :distress:
I'm going to invent 5 new profiles on here and have them all vote for ICW. |
walls run high to veil a swelling tear

For this song to win. In fact, I'm dancing a-round in a cir-cle.

Sounds like *someone* needs to dance a-round in a cir-cle to clear their head. Get that feeling now, Spark! oh, that's it, I'm gonna listen to it right now! So there! JK, I like NSW, too.... But seriously, I think I Can't Wait is one of Stevie's most strange songs, ever. Strange good, though. Strange Cheesy, too. You guys know I love a good beat... |

That song makes me wanna do coke. |

Coke? yeah...but that doesn't mean it's bad.... :D Might even mean it's good. S'kool. I would actually call RAL the great Stevie divider. Some people love it, some can't stand it. I've noticed much more polarity on this album, and much more crossing of other Stevie tastes, then on any other. Street Angel has a polarity, but it's much more obvious. Even I, myself, did not like the actual song RAL the first many times I heard it. Now I love it. Soooo Moody, so Strange, such a Debauched, Ratty, Blowsy, Imperfect, yet sublime vocal. It's like, fricking, Shelley Winters doing it. 60's Shelley Winters. It's like "Baby Jane" crossed with "Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte" And that's the essence of RAL to me. And I love it. :) Carry on! |

No Spoken Word
...to win.
I love both of these songs, but there's just something about NSW that draws me in. |
For the win - I CAN'T WAIT
Drum machines gone crazy, synths galore and a totally whacked-out video...what more could an 80s fanatic like me want?
|
I can't wait.
For the win.
|
Final: "I Can't Wait".
To win of course.
