Wow those are great! Thanks for posting...
Stevie is looking wonderful! |
Spectacular! Love the one with the cute smile.

Despite splitting time between Phoenix & SoCal, she needs to get more sun...she's AWFULLY pale. She looks good, but c'mon, get some color in those cheeks. Even New Yawker Katie Couric has a better tan.

Her makeup didn't look as extreme and sharp as that on TV. |

In a sort of Queen Elizabeth I (the first) way, it appears. |
now tell me that is not one of god's most gorgeous creations...

I sang "Landslide" through those pictures..hehe! Awesome pix, too!
Did anyone else notice that the platform under Stevie's left boot appears to be shorter that the right? or...I could be totally crazy.... |

I also must add I'm so glad she wore that outfit rather than the all black one. I think the boots looked fantastic with the cream skirt..I love that outfit. Although I'm aware it's not "new" it's better than the black dress with the "worm" imprint on the skirt as I call it lol

I got one of those spray tans where you stand almost bare ass in a shower stall and it looked great. Lasted less than a week, but still! |

now's a great opportunity to show off the tan... |
I don't see the appeal in tans, fake or real. I even like pale milky complections. People who look tanned to me come across as "baked" and very dried out. I don't get it.

I'm only half-baked... (sorry...I couldn't walk away from it) |

Not wearing all black (even on TV), anyone?!
Platform boots, anyone?! Stunning beauty, anyone?! :) |
Maybe the shorter platform is because of the hip problem she had...

I'm as fair as Nicole Kidman, and while I'd like some color, I'm not going to ruin my face or use self-tanner (both for the reasons listed above and also because they break me out). I like Stevie's creamy complexion! |

As far as I know, she took a little tumble down the stairs during the filming of the Peacekeeper music video and had mobility problems for the first leg of the SYW tour. She seems fine now. And I don't think one of her legs is longer then the other. Just a bad angle or something.

Back in the day...like 18th century WAY back; a tan was considered a "mark" of lower class, as only the working class had to be out in the sun all the time. The wealthy class showed their wealth via the paleness of their skin. Though some were a pale white as pale white could get, make-ups of those days gone by were powders to increase the pale shade. Funny how in todays world it's he or she with the bronziest skin wins (then dies of Melanoma).

Great pictures!!
Thanks so much for posting :xoxo: |
