What kind of car does Stevie drive?

I have always wondered......what kind of car does Stevie drive? Does anybody know? :)

WildInTheWind 09-08-2005 06:20 PM

I thought she didn't drive. I could be wrong, but I think I remember her saying that once.

Enchanted_Stevi 09-08-2005 06:31 PM

I remember somewhere her saying she hasn;t re-newed her licence for like 30 years or something like that....Why would Stevie NEED to drive herself around when she could have a dude drive her?!?!?!?!

LiquidBlue5000 09-08-2005 06:53 PM

she doesn't.. she drives a truck.. Ford F-150 :p

danax6 09-08-2005 06:55 PM

None, since she has no license. My guess would be she gets driven around in a black fancy car with tinted windows.

macfanken 09-08-2005 07:01 PM

Didn't she have a Jeep at some point and a Porsche back in the 80s? I doubt she's driven anything in 20 years.

SapphireSister 09-08-2005 07:09 PM

Here's the story on the Porche. Courtney Love interviewed La Nicks for Spin Magazine in 1997. I doubt she ever drove it though...

Quote:

CL: I had a Learjet phase for a little bit, but I couldn’t really afford it. While we’re on the subject, tell me about your rose Porsche.

SN: Me and a bunch of my friends were in my house in Phoenix, we were up all night doing lots of cocaine and watching that movie Risky Business. That’s one of my favorites. And I just made a call and that Porsche was delivered.

CL: You said "I want a rose Porsche"?

SN: I said, I want the same Porsche that’s in Risky Business.

CL: There’s a Porsche in Risky Business?

SN: Yes, there is. And I bought it. That morning.

No but she also bought Tom Cruise. He arrived the next morning with a red bow along with the Porche.

I couldn't see Stevie in a Jeep. That would be a sight.

it is posted somewhere tho, i think on the nicksfix prolly, where a guy sent in a pic of a jeep, he said the previous owner was stevie, now if she actually drove it i have no idea  ~

ShangriLaTroubl 09-08-2005 08:21 PM

Yes she said in Dec 1999 that her millenium new years resolution was to get her drivers license renewed, and said she hadnt renewed it since 1978...Then a couple years later someone asked her (in ask Stevie i think) if she ever got them renewed, and she said no...

dissention 09-08-2005 08:25 PM

A Hummer H4. Unfortunately, Chris Nicks wasn't completely satisfied with this land yacht, so he signed Stevie up for "Pimp My Ride." Stevie can now be seen driving throughout Phoenix to get to her much-loved Mexican cuisine with the hydraulics bouncing that sucker up and down like Jenna James, and a gold license plate on the ass of it that reads "4_SHZZLE."

The poor man probably expected someone with testicles and was naturally disappointed when he found out that the Stevie he going to meet was a woman.

Blasting the ghetto fabulous remix of Stand Back out of 2 very large subwoofers compliments of P-Diddy out in stores soon (or perhaps a debut performance at the Katrina relief benefit?).

Now that's hawt. Wouldn't mind being in the back seat of a car with La Nicks :p.

I wonder if there's a driver position available? I have a very clean record..

chiliD 09-09-2005 11:47 AM

I wonder if she's ever repaid Walter Egan for trashing his Benz?

It has been a lifelong dream of mine to own a Yugo. I could seriously bring them back into fashion all by myself. The new Yugo's are just awful, I love me the old, cheap, yellow-and-lime-green rat-traps.

jkmaletic 09-09-2005 12:28 PM

Those old Ford Pintos rule too!! Especially in avocado green!

Whenever I think of Pinto's, I can't help but think of rabid Saint Bernards and a sweaty Dee Wallace.

"F*ck you, dog!"

I remember a story a looooooooooooong time ago about Stevie owning/driving a VW Beetle. I think this was before she joined FM, but maybe it was a story about the Rumours sessions.

Something about how Stevie is a nomad of sorts - when things get heavy or she needs a change of scenery, she'll just pack up a few belongings, throw them into her Beetle, and drive off somewhere or rent a house or condo for a few months to clear her head.

Anyone? Anyone?

Thanks for the info.

StevieRox2 09-09-2005 03:39 PM

When she's in Philly, she's driven around in a plain van, it is larger like it has 3 sets of seats in the back. Who'd of thunk it? BTW, who owns the Benz in the background of the picture of LaNicks standing in front of it with her hand on her hip?
