Drink of choice?
Currently, I'm fixated on Jack and Coke. However, we do not have Jack Daniels at the moment, but we do have Seagram's V.O. Imported Whiskey, which suffices as a substitute.
Anyway, what is your drink of choice? |
My answer usually is A LOT :woohoo:

I like Jack and Coke, too. But I'm...pretty flexible. And? this sounds stupid, but my favorite cheap whiskey is...Black Velvet. Sure, i like the song, but that's not what it's about. It's a strange whiskey, it hardly has any taste. Try it if you get the chance. Otherwise.... really good tequila shots are great. white russians are good if you are hungry. I.Love.Bloody.Marys. Especially if one of the veggies is a long bean. Oh, so good! good vodka, chilled, in a tiny shooter glass, with an olive. I hate Gin. seven and seven is always serviceable. Even better is seven and seven with pineapple. sex with a goat - it's a shooter, it's pink, and look out, when you are done with it. So sweet, so deadly. mmkay, that's good for now. |

dude...relax. You just turned 21.... and, in honor of stevie, you must try a Sex With a Goat sometime. One time, I had this million dollar tequila...from Mexico, or whatev. Anyway, I thought patron was good - but this tequila...didn't even taste like anything, yet it tasted sweet. It was like sweetwater. amazing, it was. |
Long Island Iced Teas but I seem to have developed an immunity to them. Lucky for me, that just means I can drink more of them :]

dude....those things are sweet and deadly. Moony: I can't remember the name, some gay waiter guy brought it back specially, or his friend gave it to him, or something - you can't buy it in a store, i don't think. Oh, unless you go the the Expensive Tequila Store. You know, in the new mall??? |

They're like, 7, and they are busting all these crazy moves, and talking like they're from the ghetto. |

OMG, I used to LOVE to watch that lady! The funny thing was, she was always trying to sell something too. But anyways....I don't drink at all. I mean, besides the fact that I'm underage. It's not like I dont have access to it tho. I could just never stand the taste of any alcoholic beverage. Except maybe margaritas. :p |
Quote:
why the hell did you watch her, ryan?! You know, I never cared for the taste of any alcoholic beverage either. Until I turned 17. And then the **** hit the fan...AA, here I come ... |

Like I said, I might be able to do margaritas. Nothing else really. Wine and beer make me gag. And there's no way I could down any hard stuff like brandy or anything. I dunno...I'm just a lightweight. :p |
Eek, its 1pm here and I dont think I need to be thinking about alcohol....but what the heck.
Cold beer on a hot day or in a pub Vodka, lime and lemonade Southern Comfort and lemonade Vodka and OJ, lots of ice California Rose Wine .....not all at the same time, obviously! ~Nicki |
Jack-n-Coke.

I'm a wine person. I'm big on Sangria.
I also like a good margarita (not the frozen kind, though--something about that annoys me) and also a good Kahlua mudslide, though the store bought ones are not nearly as good as the ones I've gotten in restaurants. Maybe that's how these things generally work. |

Hmmm...Depends on my mood. :) I'm a white wine girl, though I will drink red. I LOVE chardonnay. I like beer. As far as mixed drinks, I like: Crown & Coke, Maker's & Coke, Woodford Reserve & Coke, Midori Sours, cosmopolitans, frozen margaritas.
I love Long Islands too, but they put me under the table very quickly. :p |

My drink of choice is a gin and tonic - preferably with Bombay Sapphire or Tanqueray - but if I'm in a pinch - I'll drink it with anything :p
|
I'm in a beer phase right now, which is probably better than my drink to the point of intoxication every night hard liquor phase. Viva La Old Style.
I drink martinis at home- lemon drop, cosmos, apple- or vodka cranberrys or Jim & Coke. If I'm out, I drink beer or vodka gimlets. I cannot make myself a good gimlet for the life of me. |
Anything with Vodka.
...and Margaritas |
Captain Morgans and Dr Pepper :xoxo:
|
Totally depends on my mood...
Sitting on a patio on a hot summer day, a nice cold beer (Keith's or Corona) or a frozen Margarita (mmm... any flavour: raspberry, mango, strawberry)... White wine... a good dry Riesling, perfectly chilled. In the winter, sitting in front of the fire: Red wine - Masi Campoforin. Like red velvet going down. Love that vanilla vodka - mix it with orange juice and you have your very own little alcoholic creamsicle. These days.... poverty beer. Buck-a-beer. $24 for a case of 24 for me and my locked-out/labour dispute friends. No income, but we can still have some cheap fun. |
Water. :) :)
|
Wine, wine and more wine! I looooove Chardonnay, but drink reds on occasion, too. My favorites are Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Otherwise, it's gin and tonic and margaritas, rarely. 99.9% of the time it's wine for me. Unfortunately it's very expensive to drink wine out. But I love it anyway.

Last nite I went to Cuchi Cuchi and they make amazing martinis. I had a Dancing with Ginger and a Sugar Daddy from Miami. :D Also a strawberry basil martini. Yum. The first one had ginger and I forget what else but was delicious. The second had Maker's Mark, Grand Marnier, some orange juice and some other booze. That one was fabulous too. |
