A mid-summer DVD trade?

Hey folks,

Anyone feel up for a 1:1 DVD trade? A very kind fellow Ledgie recently hooked me up with some Stevie/Mac DVD boots, and now I'm looking to jump from "newbie" status to the fun kind! I've got some boots of some recent shows I went to that I would LOVE to copy and trade with, including;

Vegas, May 10/05 - Opening night (Two DVDs)
Jones Beach, June 6/04 (One DVD)
Toronto, September 20/03 (One DVD)
and "Stevie Video Collection" (One DVD, all Stevie's videos and a bunch or cool random talk shows and special appearances).

I'm not looking for anything in particular... except maybe the Philly 2005 Two Voices show, that would be awesome, or anything from this year for that matter... mostly I'm just looking to spice up my boot collection before University starts up next month!

Cheers!

I would be interested in the Jones beach one, I could trade with my Stevie Nicks joint tour with Don Henley stop at Jones beach or my Stevie TISL stop at Jones Beach but that is a vhs. How is the color and view on the Jones Beach one? It is Fleetwood Mac right?

Seems like you've been feeling sick for a while. Maybe a trip to the doctor would fix that?

estranged4life 08-05-2005 08:50 PM

Already been..

at least 10 times since April not including yesterday's visit with my new doctor who is a neurologist...Until tests are done (I posted the list of medical procedures I have to schedule in the next week on the "Chit Chat" thread under one of the "What are you listening to" threads) there is no telling what is making me ill (Though Dr.El Zind already gave me the 2 possibilities, one is alright, the other is deadly.)

I'm sorry to hear you are not feeling well. I hope whatever is wrong with you is the "alright" possiblity and you start getting better soon.

What is that?

thepoetinmyhear 08-05-2005 11:39 PM

I'm pretty sure (but not 100%) that it is the breast cancer benefit Sheryl did shortly after the release of C'mon C'mon

ON a side note: You've (no spoken word) got e-mail!

Yup. The one where they panned to Ellen Barkin every other second.

Kelly 08-06-2005 07:04 AM

Hey....I can trade you the Philly show. I have a ton of other stuff as well. Send me a PM if you want to set up another trade.

It's actually a neat version of Sorcerer because it's Stevie and Sheryl with Sheryl's band, who in my opinion rock out on the song better than Waddy & Co.! Plus Stevie looks gorgeous!

no spoken word, since you're online now, i would like to trade for your Jones beach one, if it is Fleetwood mac.

Yep, it's from Fleetwood Mac's 2004 tour. Awesome show (despite the rain!). I think I'll be getting another Two Voices show from another kind Ledgie, do you have any other Stevie/Mac DVD boots? (You can just email me if you like, or reply, it's all good...).

Ooh TISL Jones Beach eh? That sounds lovely! Email me your info and we'll get this set up! The 2004 Jones Beach boot is pretty great, except that the video cuts out in The Chain and Red Rover (I think the taper had to hid his camera), I thought I should mention that. But otherwise it's my fave boot.

Thanks to everyone that replied to my thread about trading!

Michael and Tina: Your packages were sent out last week.

Jason / Nickslover: I tried to email you back but Hotmail was unable to deliver the email both times, so I just PM'ed you the email content.

Kelly: I just PM'ed you! :wavey:

John / Unwindeddreams: I think I'm still waiting to hear from you, unless now is not a good time in which case I totally understand.

Thanks so much guys, you're awesome.

I have a burner and I just did not want to do ANYTHING in this hot and humid weather we have had. Today seems to be cooler thankfully.
Now that there is nothing really going on in the Mac world I am sure that I will be burning more DVDs.
You know what I HATE?? When you try to copy a DVD and it gets to 95% completed and guess what? An ERROR message appears. I just want to tear my hair out when that happens!
