Where is...

...Lagringader&r? Just wondering. I assume she's on vacay or something.

Not sure why I'm asking - should I really care so much where Ledgies are & if they're OK just because they haven't posted in a week? I think not. OK, so I'm a loser. Bite me bitches.

DrummerDeanna 07-30-2005 12:01 PM

I was just wondering that myself actually - I posted a pic in the Stevie forum that I think is her signature - so I was also noticing that she hasn't been around in a while.

Johnny Stew 07-30-2005 06:23 PM

Is Sue still visiting her father? I believe she said she was, in one of her recent posts.
I hope everything is all right there.

Let's all take a moment to honor our beloved guilty pleasure.

Let the deworming begin!

that makes no sense at all, even in some esoteric, non linear universe. At least not in conjunction with this thread....
Luckily, just saying "deworming" is kind of funny, so it worked out, a bit.

Yes, you can. Judge, that is. If you want. And please, since you understood it, tell me how it relates to the subject at hand.
whereislangringaetc = deworming?
oh, wait, yes, I see the connection, now!
I love non sequiters, but this one really went above and beyond.... :)

As for deworming, so long as it makes sense to those Mr Bobo intends on communicating with, our original subject obviously being one, then does it matter what it means? Incidently, being dewormed is a stimulating experience.

true, I was not attempting humor, so you are right. Grammar errors?! What?! I dunno about that. Perhaps....a little fast and loose, what with the equals sign, but otherwise? FLAWLESS!
yes, the thing about Mr. Bobo trying to communicate to only certain people makes sense, in theory, but in the context of this thread, which is open for anyone to read, and started by Paula, shouldn't he try to speak intelligible about the subject at hand? Just saying. I'm glad someone knew what it meant, but still....STILL!
My cats have said the very same, about how deworming increases vitality, and is indeed, a stimulating experience.

Thanks, jill. I used my Stevie seeing money for acupuncture to quit, so I hope it was worth it. :D Also, I am a bit drunk, too.

It did make sense. Read between the lines you fool. You sweet, wonderful, generous old fool.

um...are you saying that since she was in Brazil she will need deworming?

Refer the the first half of my original post. There was a non-deworming section.

sorry, I just don't see how that relates to "where is langringaetc.?"
Hey, I have a good imagination and all, and I could make something up, but the connection would be tenuous at best.

You're too kind, liking me somewhat would have been a generous offering. Perhaps the drunken state detracts from the declaration? I'm no expert but thankyou all the same.

um...it would be nice. I guess it's not necessary.
One of you could just explain how it relates, and this would all be over with. But, hey, who am I to keep your asses down? (original lyrics from Dreams, hardly anyone knows that...).

ReFleetwoodMac 07-31-2005 01:44 AM

Sleep on it. Maybe it will seem clearer in the morning. After the drunken haze has lifted.

no. I'm not actually in a "drunken haze". I think it's just largely unintelligible. But thanks for the quiz. It would actually be better if you just explained it, because in reality, I probably won't spend any more time trying to figure it out. :woohoo:

Amber? Have you seen ReFleetwoodMac's posts in the Lindsey forum?
Trying to make sense out of just about anything he(?) says is an exercise in futility.

I'm going to have to agree. The fact that he only makes sense to me on rare occasions is part of his charm.

Lux I dont think she was DEMANDING an explanation. Just sounded like she was confused about the statement. No need to get your panties in a twist.

Although I am flattered that the conversation has turned to my incoherence, I do not feel that we have adequately honored our beloved guilty pleasure.

I loathe the word "panties". I have no idea why.

lagringader&r 08-12-2005 07:39 AM

Well two people told me there was a thread started in my honor and it took me a while to find it but wow! I am shocked and very touched. I mean that really sincerely. Thanks Paula (and this even deserves a smilie) :xoxo: BoBo, I know what you meant about *guilty pleasure*. I think now I might actually be whereas before I thought I was merely hated (another smilie, sorry)

I'm still in Brasil and my dad is still hanging on. They seem to feel it's nothing short of a miracle. My mom went home a few weeks ago and in the middle of all of this, I fell in love. With my dad's doctor. I mean really in love. I've spent every waking moment with either my dad or him so that explains my absence. He's been so good with my dad, he's clean, he's straight, he's normal and he's from California just like me. I think his caring nature has helped my dad to still be fighting. It was impossible not to fall in love and I've never been treated so nicely in my entire life. This trip started out with me worrying and the first month here was hell so this was unexpected and something and someone who is getting me through this time with lots of kind words and honest affection. Can you tell I'm in love? Now I'm the one (and my dad's sister who lives here) who is taking care of my dad and for the first time, even though the circumstances suck, we have a relationship. Do miracles happen? I think they do.

Thanks so much for caring where I was, Paula (and everybody that responded) even though it did turn into a panty thread. It's the thought. Thanks again!

Thanks, Tynan! I giggle now (I never used to giggle), my dad smiles at me and is *I think* actually proud of me for the first time in his or my life and if anyone can keep me clean, a good doctor can! I came so close when things were hell here. Good times. Thanks!!! Ok, I'll shut up now.

I think it's wonderful that you found a new love during a rough time; it's a blessing to have someone during times like that.
