That song "reflex" or whatever by Duran Duran.....SOOOOO annoying.
(Also 99.999999999999......% of rap/hiphop). |
*gasp*
I love The Reflex by Duran Duran!
I hate and dispise Hey Jude and Suspicious Minds. They go on for a frickin' eternity! I get it, you are caught in a trap and can't get out...now shut up! Hey Jude, bite me. |

There's this one David Bowie song they play all the time that bugs me, but I can't remember it right now, because my radio is on. also - 99.99% of grunge music. :) |

Most Phil Collins songs make me want to hurl. Dixie Chicks version of Landslide. Blerghariffic. |
I can't stand just about anything on the radio these days.

Sara, Gypsy, Don't Stop, Leather & Lace, After the Glitter Fades..
I hate, hate, HATE that Black Eyed Peas song, Don't Phunk With my Heart. Christ, it can't be any more annoying. Same with The Closet by R. Kelly. Ew. I can't stand Smile Like You Mean It by The Killers, and uh.. Most of Debbie Harry's solo work. :x Don't hate me! I don't really like solo artists, though. Most of Chrissie Hynde's solo stuff has been atrocious, too. I think that artists in punk bands get kinda light when they go solo, etc. I also hate pretty much all new country, and christian rock. I do like some rap, but pretty much the old stuff only. Kanye West is an exception. <3 |

Why? That Warbling part of "Whyyyyyyyyy don't you use it" makes the cats in the neighborhood hiss and run up a tree....The dogs whine and run incircles.....I know when they do that, either a hurricane/earthquake is coming, or that song is on somewhere! Only thing worse is maybe Yoko Ono. *shiver* :) |

Reflex..
I have always liked that song, because 80's pop was fun. I just love DD anyways. Save a Prayer is a fave song of mine. Simon can STILL sing and entertain. :)

That song SO brings back New Years Eve. My friend and I were talking on AIM, and we were both a little tipsy (she moreso than me), and we both played that song and did drunken dancing to it. It always makes me giggle when I hear that song. Ah, memories. <3 |

Turn The Beat Around - Gloria Estefan (or is it Miami Sound Machine? Whatever.) Rock Your Body - Justin Timberlake Anything by Toby Keith Anything by one of the Simpson twits Most 80s R&B Most Rap Most "new" country |
Anything that Darryl Worley sings gets on my nerves!!!!!!!!! Also, I hate Kenny Chesney's "Old Blue Chair," LFO "Summer Girls"---it was huge one summer, and OMG, how I hated it. I know that there are more I just can't think of anymore right now.

I hate the majority of all rap songs. Most of today's stuff disgusts me. If it's not the lyrics, it's the music itself...and the way people present themselves today is like eww. As for older stuff...I hate all things by The Doors, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Queen. Also...most songs by ZZ Top. |

Well in the vein of broadening peoples' horizons...go to Best Buy and buy the Live at Wembley Stadium DVD of Queen. It's like $10 or something for the two disc set. It will change the way you feel about Queen. Freddie Mercury was a rare gift. |

No Way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Doors are one of my favorite bands, and I just love CCR too! Maybe you need to watch a live performance of The Doors. You need the full effect---Jim performing is supernatural. |

*I cannot stand that awful, sickening, stupid, annoying, childish and freakishly popular "Barbie Girl" song. I don't know who sings it, but they should be shot. Twice.
*The Walrus/Egg Man song by the Beatles. When it hits the radio, I prey for an alien abduction. *Anything by the members of They Might Be Giants. http://www.geocities.com/virgolibrapisces/giftard.gif *We Built This City On Rock & Roll. Oh come on! This one is so ridiculous! What an embarassing thing to have on your musical resume! *Don't know who sings it....some country tune about a little girl who's dying...? Her mama wants to know who'll hold her little girl's hand when she crosses the streets of heaven. Anything with vocals my Mark Knopfler. The man is talented, but his voice....just drives me nuts, like nails on a chalkboard. Anything by Ms. Spears, the Simpson girls, or any other tart who falls into the same genre of music. Last one I can think of right now....Werewolves of London. |
Hmmm...
"Don't Stop" by Fleetwood Mac...Hate that f**kin' song

What songs just grate my nerves? AC/DC: Thunderstruck. the one single song that just leaps to mind. Anything and everything by Phil Collins, Mariah Carey, Ashlee Simpson, Reuban Stoddard and that whole ilk of Idolers (except for Kelly Clarkson - guilty pleasure). Oh, and I agree about that Barbie Girl song. There are many more, but that's what I can come up with off the top of my head. |

Kenny Chesney- all Billy Joel- all Jane's Addiction- all Green Day- all Foo Fighters- all Creed- all Sammy Hagar- all Tim McGraw- Live Like You Were Dying Pearl Jam- Black System of a Down- B.Y.O.B. Queen- Crazy Little Thing Called Love Lynard Skynard- Freebird Bob Seger- Turn The Page Don McLean- American Pie There's a ton more, but I'll stop. |
"Don't Stand so Close To Me" They still play that on the radio here.
"Let's Get it Started" Anything by Toby Keith, Alan Jackson, or Reba McEntire. |
