I've been on a huge Wild Heart kick lately.

Dream Theater's Octavarium has been getting a lot of play too.

...me and my best friend lillian and her blue tick hound dog giddeon...

I adore this record.

It's ridiculously good, isn't it?!!! I can't hear it enough. For whatever random reason, the just played in Edmonton (a city close to Calgary) a few weeks ago and I went to see them. They are fantastic live. The weird thing is they aren't on tour. The venue flew them in apparently. Well worth the trip! My favorite all time Blonde Redhead song is In Particular though.

Ditto...

which has been worn out...Now I have to add Megadeth's "Greatest Hits-Back to the Start" & Trans-Siberian Orchestra's (aka Savatage) "Beethoven's Last Night" to the list.

Seems my taste in music has totally gone back to hard rock/metal

I saw TSO a couple years ago around Christmas and they were awesome. They played just one song from "Beethoven's Last Night" as a teaser. Bastards. :p

Yeah, I saw them live back in April when Interpol came. The girl, her name slips my mind was so funny she was itoxicated, and after they would do songs like Bipolar or Falling Man; she would go "Okay now we will do one more song." oddly enough they played 3 more songs lol.

My favorite on the album is Equus.

Also, have you heard A Tale of Certain Undamaged Lemons(or soemtihng along those lines.) Its a fantastci album by them

Achtung Baby - U2
War - U2
American Idiot - Green Day
The White Album - The Beatles
Abbey Road - The Beatles

"I got me some horses to ride on, to ride on"

Oh, don't get me wrong, I love BFP, but I just don't want to play it to death to where I start to hate it

Still feigning orgasmic over Emmylou's Red Dirt Girl in addition to Television's Marquee Moon, now that the USA Today thread reminded me of it.

My best friend just bought me Surrealistic Pillow in Mono from Sundazed Records on 180 gram vinyl, from the original analog masters. It sounds sooo fabulous; I can't quit listening to it! :blob1: :blob2:
