Just a few teasers because I must get some sleep. The show was excellent. Stevie is thin as a rail and a friggin' sexpot. Seriously. She looked hot. Kelly and I had second row but two people in the front row didn't show up so the security gaurd told us to go ahead and hop the chair. Thusly, front row in between Stevie and the backsassers (which of course, as you know, excited me to no end). I did film a bit of the show as well (Circle Dance, in particular) with the digi cam so tomorrow evening, i'll get the rest of the pictures up as well as the footage. Enjoy!

Honey, they weren't alleged. They were black. They were form fitting. They were studded. They were hot. And they were seriously on one Miss Stephanie Lynn Nicks. Don even made a comment before Stevie left the stage that she was going to go back and try on clothes. She laughed and I believe she replied with, "I am!" She needs to pull those pants out again. She wore them with her black boots. I couldn't get a clear shot because of the equipment blocking a great deal of her leg. However, Kelly was able to capture a shot or two (although we never really looked to see how her shots turned out). We shall see!

OMG!!! Thanks so much!!! In that second pic it is just so obvious that she is losing a lot of weight!!! Every picture that I have seen of her this year she just gets skinnier and skinnier. I am so happy for her! Hopefully I can follow in her footsteps (I just joined the gym!)

But seriously, that second picture is a new favorite of mine!

Stevie was smoking hot tonight... she was even thinner than in Vegas and her face was beautiful.. 57?? she looked about 33...

This is hot! She is thin and her hair is wild and her dress is beautiful and the corset shows off her hot bod. How is she losing this weight so quickly? Vegas was just a few weeks ago... Atkins? Tummy tuck? :laugh:

Jason (strandinthewind) called me after the show. I was like, "If I were a 50 something year old lesbian, I'd be all about La Nicks." :laugh: Seriously, she's radiant. Absolutely stunning.

I don't think the Vegas pictures did her justice. The only picture that did is the one of her posing with fans on the Destiny Galleria website. She was a toothpick in Vegas as well.

Well, I saw her twice in Vegas. But you are right, the pictures on the internet were not as great as the real thing. She was just so radiant in Vegas. I was so excited each night the last thing I thought about was how much she weighed! But she certainly wasn't overweight in Vegas or I would have noticed!

Ahhhhh!!!!! I am so excited that this was a great show for you guys (and a tad jealous I wasn't there!) I am most excited because it seems like Stevie is back, you know? I saw it in Vegas- she is different and back to the way she was pre TISL. I swear she has finished menopause. All the signs point to it. She is healthier looking, she is losing the weight that menopausal woman will gain, she has a spring in her step. I really think that these next few years will give us some amazing Stevie moments. Just listen to the Vegas boots- she has her passion back in full force (not that SYW/TISL touring was horrible, but as people have pointed out she seemed to be dragging her feet a little- menopause people!)

This is like a new Stevie era... seriously. And if one more person says Stevie is retiring then I am going to go bananas! To me it just seems like she has a new passion for her career. I expect a lot of touring as well as new studio work in the next few years. She's through with "the change" and can finally get down to business and twirl like no tomorrow!

Was the front row allowed to go stand anywhere at the stage a la SYW or did you have to stand in front of your seat?

For SYW at the Wachovia, we were allowed to stand at the stage (at least we were at the second show when they played there). The way the stage is set up, it's much higher than it was for SYW (and PS-the equipment rotates from Don's to Stevie's...very cool). There was enough room to stand at my seat but they had a gap in between the stage and the audience that was blocked off by one of those things you'd que in if you were at a bank (it was stretched out across the front row). During Edge, I don't think Stevie was going to initially shake hands because Marcus flew like a bat out of hell from the side of the stage. Many people pushed what had been blocking us out of the way to go and shake her hand.

So glad you guys got to witness such a good show! Now get the rest of those pics uploaded! ;)

Roped off? That's what I kind of thought. I wonder who's idea that was? :rolleyes: So the stage is high and I guess that will be good if I get a seat a few rows back. Why did I not get that 8th row ticket that came up the other day. :confused:
