how clean am i? are we talking about dusting and vacuuming, or something completely different? :D

my desk is consistently cluttered, my bed is always made, my dishes are usually done, my floor is always sandy... when the mood strikes though, this place is spic-n-span-tastic...

I'm either immaculate or dirty here......

Immaculate usually because I spend most of my time away from home so I don't make a mess..

However, every now and again I decide to just f**k it and let the dishes and clothes pile up for a few days.... :]

I just finished cleaning my house. I'm still sweating from vacuuming. I HATE to vacuum and I also HATE to clean my bathroom sink/vanity. I don't mind doing dishes, my kitchen is always clean - I can't stand clutter either, so even though my house might be dirty, it never really looks messy, if that makes sense....

But, I'm done now! I love to light incense as soon as I've finished. It's (what else) Nag ChampRa! :nod:

I have really bad OCD. People think I'm crazy when they come in my room. I have a lot of things so it looks cluttered, but it's all in the perfect place. I think you guys would die if you saw my dresser. I should take a picture :)

Oh, man, I'll vacuum your house twice, and do your laundry and bathroom, if you'll do my dishes. blech! It's a catch 22 - I let them get a little festery, then I don't want to do them cause they seem overwhelming and gross. :D

I can't stand mess.

My clothes must all be put away, dishes must be done, floor must be swept, everything must be dust free.

BUT when I work alot, I tend to get behind. I sometimes will do like 60 hours in 5 days and then I will not be so anal, but for the most part, I am a clean freak.

That's really good. I can't imagine how much less free time I would have to goof off, record myself singing, lay in bed reading and eating cheetos, and talking on the ledge, if I cleaned that much. It boggles my little mind... :lol:

I will, I will - I have to get a haircut first, today, though, and lay out in the sun. heck, I just did a giant cleaning three weeks ago!! WILL IT NEVER BE ENOUGH!!!?? Why can't things just stay clean? :laugh: yeah, get some new jeans, that way, you can talk to more hotties, cause you'll be wearing some kick ass "talk to hotties" jeans. :nod:

I'm in the above average category - I used to be totally OCD about it - but I've eased up....

Still I clean (vaccuum, scrubbing bubbles etc) at least once a week - I've been having to vaccuum more because Clancy is shedding like CRAZY - everything I own has dog hair on/in it...I take my lunch to work...I'll find several dog hairs in it lol....they're everywhere!!!!!

I'm the same! When I'm working like a jack ass, my apartment tends to get a little gross. Sometimes I can't focus on work until I at least sweep my floors. Hardwood can be really disgusting, but at least it tells you when you gotta clean it. Your floor's all like "uh, can't you see how disgusting I am? I know you can! I mean look at me! I'm hideous!!!"

I fall into the "If I don't keep my place immaculate, I GO INSANE!" category. I can't even sleep if there's a rooms that's messy. :o

I blame it all on my mother though. :p She was extremely particular with things being clean, and I was usually the one to do it. She would even have me iron sheets and towels :shrug:

I love vacuuming--hate dusting with a passion. I really should clean today but I honestly don't feel like it. I dust all the time and it seems as though it comes back within a week.

For some reason, when I get upset, I want to clean hardcore. Anyone else strange like me and do that?

I definitely do that. Sometimes I don't even relise I'm doing it. I'll be pissed off, the POOF! my house is spotless. :rolleyes:

I got in a huge fight with my BF when he got back from England last night, and my house is looking fab right now. :D

Sometimes, but in those cases I'm usually specifically pissed off at the mess. :laugh: Sesly. I have to do something, cause my apartment is small, and I get all pissed off when I have no floor space to do yoga or jumprope, and when I go to find clothes in the morning and they're all in piles. THEN I REALLY GET MAD!!! :laugh: I never really dust, though, or at least very intermittently. I vacuum lots. Cat hair and yoga, not a fan of it.

I'm usually pretty clean. Clutter makes me stressed, so I try to pick up frequently. I clean the bathroom & kitchen, husband does the dusting & vacuuming. I try to do my stuff once a week, and I try to get HIM to do his that often, but I hate nagging. We split laundry & the dishwasher, so that's not a problem.

My house is still a disaster from remodeling, so right now I am a little on edge since everything's all over the place. Hopefully I can get things back to normal this week.

I'm like that at work.

I can't like work even unless the tables are clean and the floor is too. I run a Dominos and it gets pretty dirty pretty fast and I constantly am cleaning. I can't concentrate if everything is a mess.
