My parents' anniversary is St. Patty's Day (my mom's a green freak)- so happy 25th, Ma & Pa.

I'm going to buy myself something to celebrate being a product of their 25 year union.

I had a midterm last night in Intellectual Property - my teacher is terrible, but I studied, and while i was taking the test I felt like I did ok - but, we went over it afterward, and I sucked. :distress: I have to study harder than usual, I guess, cause my teacher's so craptastic...oh, and I have another of his midterms tonight, Commercial Law. :rolleyes: Oh, and our midterm and our final make up 90 percent of our grade... :mad:

Dammit. Good luck on your midterm tonight. Does this teacher scale the test grades?

Nope - this one sucked to, but it wasn't as hard, nevertheless I did not get a good grade. Clearly, the textbooks will have to be my nightly companions until the end of the semester. :mad: I basically have to get an A on both finals... :rolleyes: tonight on the test there was a typo I asked him about - he told me, cause I asked, but he did not make the announcement to the class! :mad: And when some people were like - "wait!" he didn't say anything like, "oh, if you got this one wrong because the typo was confusing (it changed...on to or, I think) I will give you a point" - he just brushed right by. And when someone read something from the book that contradicted an answer on the test, he brushed right by again. I hate him. It's one thing that he's a bad teacher, it just means I have to study more - but it's quite another to be unfair like that, IMO. :shrug: Anyways. blah.
