The photo with the stained glass window and grand piano are fab. Otherwise, white walls are for hospitals! I guessed that these photos were 80's before I read the listings.
sigh. How sad.

I don't know...I find it a bit creepy that someone is selling pics of Stevie's house. Strange....
And who is that Nicksnut person? Anyone here? Whomever it is, I swear bids on every Stevie picture I ever see on Ebay!! I just get on there to torture myself looking at endless pages of memoribilla that I can't buy...but if I had money, I guess my name would be on quite a few auctions too! :D

Yeah, I feel the same way about it.

It's either Nicksnut or firstbeartrader!

Do you trade pics for DVDs? :D

I was wondering the same thing. Did she sell this house or try to sell it? If so, it was probably someone who posed as a potential buyer, and he/she went with a realtor to the house.

I agree re: the piano, what a nice place for it to be. I love the backyard view, it would be nice to swim in that pool. It is creepy that someone is auctioning these off.

It even could have been a cleaning person, or someone who was hired to do work around the house-- electrical stuff etc , who knows. Pretty weird.

That has to be the case. Everything in there looks so dated. Plus, wasn't her house featured in In Style a while back? Now those photos are fab! Glad she re-decorated.

Maybe they were service people or cleaning people. Anyway, it's not very nice of them to post the photo with the number of the house above the mailbox. :(

dissention 03-08-2005 12:17 PM

How...weird. I can't believe people are actually buying them. It's such a disgusting invasion of privacy.

Yes, those are beautiful. I love what I saw of the house in In Style.
The ebay photo with the piano facing the stained glass window is beautiful too.
I just have a thing about white walls.

I dunno. But it's got a funny-looking wire coming out of it. It looks like one of those extremely expensive digital chip jobs, like the one she played on "Storytellers." (In fact, I wish she'd learn to play it better.)

Nothing but the best for Stevie, I'll tell ya. I envy her her hardware . . . Stevie "Gearhead" Nicks.

seeker007nmss 03-08-2005 02:03 PM

Maybe its just me, but that house just doesn't have the right "STEVIE VIBES" to me. I think the later photo's of her house in the magazine seem more "Steviesh".

Probably because it was made to look that way for the photographers. I must say I envy her bedroom...

Why play that thing when you have a Bosendorfer? But hey, it's always handy to have a piano in every room.
Now that's our Stevie.

MacMan 03-08-2005 04:51 PM

So is that the "Great red mountain, in the shape of a great huge beast" in the background behind the pool? Doesn't look too red to me! Maybe it needs a sunset effect done on it.

Serrart 03-08-2005 05:07 PM

Beautiful house, I admire who's able to reflect himself/herself through his/her home design, she definitely can.

Hey, you all know you were interested to see what her house looked like. Not for stalker reasons, just out of pure curiosity. I'm guessing they were taken buy a cleaning person or something becuse the pictures looked like there were taken on an average day, things laying all over the place and such. it didn't look like it was in the condition a house would be in if you were going to show it to potential buyers or a magazine.

catinthedark 03-09-2005 01:14 PM

I don't get the attraction or interest either. First off, no proof that's really her house. And if it is? Creep-o-rama. Second, what does one do with pictures of the outside of a house? Or the inside? I don't know. I guess I'd rank them right up there with an autograph. I've never understood the interest.

Right. I agree - why would you want pictures of someone's house? Even if it is a celebrity - I don't get the appeal....and I wasn't curious about the photos - because I've seen all I need to of her house in the magazine spread that came out a while back

I guess I'm just not big into the invasion of privacy thing - I enjoy my privacy and I guess knowing how important it is to me I like to respect the privacy of others :)

ontheEdgeof17 03-09-2005 01:52 PM

I can't see Stevie, even in her prime, jumping into a swimming pool. It's just not "Stevie-like". Ya know?!

 "CANNONBALL" - yeah I can't see it either - perhaps she's more of a lounge around the pool reading a book type

That image is funny. I can see her sitting and reading. Chris would dip her feet in and wade around...but that would be the extent of it. John would be on Mick's shoulders playing Chicken with Lindsey and some other folk.

Thank Gawd they didn't swim much while they were under the influence...one of them could have "drownd'ed"

OMG!  Hilarious!

(I will forever wonder why no one ever took Stevie aside, and said, "Stevie, hon? The word is Drowned. No D. Say it with me...") And it's not just in Sara that it makes an appearence. "Nightmare" anyone?

LikeAWillow 03-09-2005 07:08 PM

Ok, those pics. really creeped me out, that's just plain weird. I'm pretty sure I could have lived my life w/o knowing wat her house looked like...
