Favorite fast food
 

I'm not crazy about burgers, but I like it anyway. And the best in Peru is BEMBOS Burger, a peruvian rest who always create new combinations. It's very good!

BTW, did you like it KFC in the early 80s? I think it was better, or maybe because I was a teen, I don't know. But now I don't like it at all. I think in the 80s it tasted better, and pieces were bigger, I'm sure.

Well, I go to Mc Donalds, BK, the usual stuff. I don't go much because I don't like burgers that much. There is a Popeye's almost down the street from me so I do go there quite a bit. I don't like KFC that much. I heard that it was better in the early 70s from what my Dad tells me.

I like Mexican pizzas from Taco Bell and I like the personal pan pizzas from Pizza Hut.


When I was very little we used to have a place called A&W in Cranston and we went there all the time. There is still one in Smithfield, RI but I rarely get up there. It was very cool. It reminded me of Arnolds on Happy Days but I don't know what it looked like inside. We would park the car and a waitress would walk up take the order and put a tray on your driver side window.
They were famous for Root Beer and we would get a big mug and order food like, a hot dog, hamburger, fries, etc. I am wondering if anyone has a type of place like this in their area? It is now closed for the winter.

There's an A&W in a town near to me. They have the root beer floats and I think they're big on hot dogs. I've never been, but I think that's what I remember someone saying about them. It's not the drive-in type thing, though; I think it's connected to a gas station. Also, there used to be one in the mall years ago, but it's been closed for a while now.

BTW, my favorite fast food: CHICK-FIL-A!!! followed by Sonic in a close second place.

Yeah, they did have one a mall over here for a while but it just wasn't the same. It is not there anymore.

We don't have a Chick-Fil-A or a Sonic here. I have seen a few in my travels but I never got a chance to try them.

The only fast food I really eat, is Taco Bell. I love it. Cheesy gordita crunch with beans instead of meat...the best! I am also obsessed with the quesidilla sauce. I get it as a side to dip my bean burritos in :p

I don't eat fast food any more, Villavic, but back when I still occasionally partook, I liked Jack in the Box chicken fajita pitas, Baja Fresh shrimp tacos, & Wendy's chocolate shakes the best.

Not much into the fried stuff, but I die for Dairy Queen butterscotch dip cones...

And mint Oreo Blizzards.
And coffee Oreo Blizzards.
And Skor Blizzards.
Smartie Blizzards.
Cherry Cheesecake Blizzards.
Oreo Blizzards.
And every other Blizzard on the Blizzard menu. :]

We don't have any of these places here. Wendy's fries are ALWAYS cold when I get them. :mad: I like Wendy's junior hamburger WHEN they get my order right.

I eat pretty much anything...McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Arby's, Taco Bell... KFC Is the nastiest thing out there, by far

My favorite is Portillos and Red Robin!! Do any of you have Red Robin by you? Amazing. :nod:

gimme Subway (Veggie Delight, BLT, Cold Cut Combo & Meatball), Pancho's (My favorite Mexican food EVER!!!), Sonic (An OKC based company with great food), Boomerang (Love eating there just so I can scheme how to swipe all of their 70's classic rock memorabilia...And yes, They have FM & a huge Stevie promo poster for "Timespace") & Fazzoli's (Best...PERIOD!!!!) and I am a happy guy.

Subway is awsome! My newest subway thing is chipolte sauce. Mmmmm..
Though I was pissed when they got rid of feta cheese and red wine vinagerette (sp??) !

Fazzolins as in the fast food-ish Italian place? I don't know, I've eaten there once and I probably could have made something better out of my freezer. I did like the bread sticks, though.

I like Fazoli's, but I don't eat there much. I like Wendys too, and treats from Dairy Queen.

I only eat Subway and pizza. I can't stand any type of fast food burgers and fries anymore.

I liked JITB the best, till they thickened their fries. But i'll eat just about anywhere. I looooove burgers (haven't had one in 2 weeks, though!) and sometimes i get the hots for Taco Bell, but really, there's a good mexi place by my house so I usually go there if i want mexican food, which is basically all the time. Not that i eat it all the time, I just want it all the time... :rolleyes: Subway is OK, i appreciate their menu choices, but i like the sandwiches i make much better... :p

that's a good plan. But subway sandwiches taste weird to me sometimes. Don't know why... :confused: I still eat them, just when i do, I always wish i'd made myself a sandwich instead... :shrug:

They certainly are. They take animal cruelty into a whole other dimension. Sick bastards is what they are.

I lOVE McDonald's fries. They are the best to me.

I think fast food is like anything else - everything in moderation.

I mean my grandmother is 95 and has eaten everthing she wanted her entire life. Other than being 95, she is in comparatively good health.

I try not to eat meat, so I usually get the wrap with fake bacon, a little ranch dressing, lettuce, and tomato. :laugh: I don't get anything other than the wraps, so I don't know about the bread. All I know is they have funky breads.

Judging by the current obesity and diabetes epidemics currently sweeping our country, I think I can safely say that most people are not your grandmother. :laugh: :wavey:

oh, yeah, i've never tried the wraps. But if i paid $5 for ranch, lettuce, tomato, fake bacon and a tortilla, i'd be really pissed at myself for not going grocery shopping... :lol: JK - yeah, i don't know what makes their stuff taste weird to me - the meat or the bread?
Also - I love McDonald's fries, too... :D

I NEVER go to Subway without a coupon from the newspaper. The day I spend $5 on a wrap is the day I vote Republican and break my Franz Ferdinand CDs into pieces. :laugh:

Have you seen Super Size Me? The extra on the DVD about the fries is sickening. :lol:

No, I haven't watched it, but i've heard allllll about the fry experiment. and i read articles in the paper of what basically happened to his health and his weiner on the all Micky D's diet. yes, it's repulsive.

I know, I read that he couldn't get an erection for weeks! If I didn't already hate that food, I'd definitely stay away from it after hearing of that little side effect. :laugh:

My picks.....
Burger King - Plain Burger w/ fries!
Wendy's - OMG Best fast food ever!
Chick fil a - (sp?) I dont have one close by, but its one of the best chicken sadwitches I have ever had!
Taco Cabana - Breakfast Tacos all the way baby!

They're pigs. I wonder if anyone who works for that company has a pulse, honestly.

My great gran was that age, too. But they grew up with no fast food, and the environment was a bit cleaner, and there was more hard work and less sitting on your ass, etc. :p

Boston Market is one of my favorite resturants period, but I don't really consider it fast food, but it is close. My favorite Burger Type Places are in order:

McDonalds- Love everything there, don't care if it kills me :laugh:

Burger King- French Fries are better then McDonald's and so are some burgers. I like the spiciness in their nuggets.

Wendys- Can't STAND their burgers, but this is the chicken place

Arbys- I like the beef and chedar sandwhiches

As for KFC I like the popcorn chicken and thats it.

I tend to agree - plus, I have often said that if any company's record is examined too closely, they all suck and have done some horrible things. Granted, what KFC does is bad :nod:

I have a serious problem when it comes to the #6 at Wendy's. Spicy chicken filet. With a Dr. Pepper. $5.90, biggie sized.

Maybe because I don't like the idea of innocent animals being shot up with so many hormones that they grow so abnormally to the point where their legs don't grow with the rest of their body. Because I don't like live, innocent animals being thrown into vats of boiling oil. Because I don't like them having their legs broken and having their beaks cut off while they're alive.

It's cruel and it's disgusting. How would you like it if someone did those things to you?
