Lol,
Glad to see the fans here! Here are some of my favorite quotes... Peter: Ok, here's another riddle. A woman has two children. A homicidal murderer tells her she can only keep one. Which one does she let him kill? Brian: That's... that's not a riddle. That's ... that's just terrible. Peter: Wrong, the ugly one! --------------------- Chris: Dad, what would you say if I told I didn't want to be in the Scouts? Peter: I'd say, 'Come again?' and I'd laugh as I said, 'Come.' --------------------- Olivia: You are the weakest link, goodbye. (laughter) Stewie: Ha ha ha! Oh gosh that's funny! That's really funny! Do you write your own material? Do you? Because that is so fresh. You are the weakest link goodbye. You know, I've, I've never heard anyone make that joke before. Hmm. You're the first. I've never heard anyone reference, reference that outside the program before. Because that's what she says on the show right? Isn't it? You are the weakest link goodbye. And, and yet you've taken that and used it out of context to insult me in this everyday situation. God what a clever, smart girl you must be, to come up with a joke like that all by yourself. That's so fresh too. Any, any Titanic jokes you want to throw at me too as long as we're hitting these phenomena at the height of their popularity. God you're so funny! ------------------------ Stewie: Yes, but no sprinkles. For every sprinkle i find, i shall KILL you. --------------------- Stewie: There's always been a lot of tension between Lois and me, and it's not so much that I want to kill her, it's just, I want her not to be alive anymore ----------------------- Lois: Oh, I haven't been on a college campus in years. Everything seems so different. Stewie: Really? Perhaps if you laid on your back with your ankels behind your ears that would ring a few bells. |
I'm sure everyone knows that Family Guy is coming back on the air in 2005. I haven't heard yet whether it will be on Fox or on Cartoon Network, but MacFarlane and co. ARE making new episodes :-)
|
One of my favorite shows. :D I can't wait for its return.
To add to what Josh said, the plan is for it to air on both Fox AND Cartoon Network, as well as a relatively quick DVD release following the broadcasts. |

I like the show myself because it's set in Rhode Island. ;) |
My fave was Stewie's B'day party
Peter: "Wow, that's a big ass pinata." Pan to shot of a pinata shaped like a giant ass. :] Paula |
The BEST Family Guy line has to be....
Peter: I haven't been this embarrassed since that time in 7th grade we went to the Science Museum (flashback) 12 year old Peter: Why did all the dinosaurs die? Professor: Because you touch yourself at night!          ~Alex |

I have seen all the newer episodes on CN, and I hate to admit it has lost something (Just isnt as funny as it once was.) |

Gotta disagree with you on this one. I thought for sure it would lose its edge by now, but every time I see new eps I'm still laughing my ass off. |
I find it amazing that this thread went like over 10 months between posts. I wonder if that's a record? :p

I like to do a search for old threads before starting new ones to avoid duplicates. I've no clue what the oldest one was, but we've resurrected quite a few that were many months old (if not a year or more.) I've gotten excited over seeing a Ledgie post for the first time in months - only to find out that's because that post is months old. |

I really like the show. The only thing that runs it into the ground are the "fans" that quote it and bury the humor. |
