out of the ordinary things you find attractive in people
I thought about doing a thread like this since we started talking about Crow's feet, wrinkled foreheads, stretch marks, and cellulite in the "Hot People Sightings" thread. What are the things y'all like in people that other people might find unappealing or maybe even appalling?
I tend to like stretch marks because I think of them as a sign of maturity, silly as that is. I also find myself drawn to women who are overweight (in a Stevie circa early to late nineties kinda way). And there's more where that came from; I'm just drawing blanks at the moment. Hillary |
Hmmmm. I LOVE salt and pepper hair, which my SO has. :woohoo: I don't mind wrinkles on anyone.......especially laugh lines.
|
I like character/laugh lines on a man. And legs... If he has sexy legs, I'm all for it...
|
Stubble
I am not sure how many women like stubble on a man, but I'm allllllll for it! I saw that dude from Desperate Housewives (Mike) on some entertainment show the other day clean shaven...YUCK!! Bring back the shadow man!
I have a weird fascination with hands too. I like men with great looking hands. |

Well I like a girl who has nice brunette style hair. If its just thrown all over the place is turns me off. She has to have nice eyes and teeth.
ALSO A NICE VOICE! thats a huge thing for me. Jimmy |
Eyes...it's all in the eyes....
|
Husky voices. In either sex, it doesn't matter. I just love husky voices, they make me weak.
|
Graying or white hair...
Warm eyes with some crows feet... A few laugh lines... Clean fingernails/attractive hands... A nice tight rear wouldn't hurt either. Oddly enough I think I have just more or less described the picture of Lindsey that I have on my refrigerator. :D -Lis |
I like someone who has a cockiness to them. I know it's the wrong type of person to be attracted to, but I think a**holes (the non-physical abuse ones) are HOTTTTTTT.

Lis..
I would hope that clean fingernails would be on every list. Ew. LOL
I am usually attracted to older men. Even when I was about 7 or something, I had a crush on my cousin's boyfriend, who was about 14 or so. LOL |

I don't know what I like in a man actually. I would have to say the eyes are #1 with me. It really depends on the whole person and how they carry themselves. Not just looks. |

I, too, have a thing for older men. Like, 40-ish or so. Especially if they've got rough, masculine hands. Mmmm...
Also, I like a strong, Roman nose. I'm not sure what that's about, but I find it very attractive. *sigh* Can't Lindsey just be a *little* gay? |

Dirty fingernails are so disgusting. I have always loved older men. At 6 I loved my neighbor Donald, who was 11. At 8, I loved my camp bus driver, who was 30. At 12 I lusted Lindsey, who was 32. ;) At 20 I loved my college Shakespeare professor, who was 55. And then I went and married a guy who is a year younger than me. And who has no gray hairs, not even &%$@# one!!! And nobody in his family has really gone gray either... I was so hoping he'd be the first... *sigh* I *really* love gray hair on a man. Aside from LB (who IMO will look even better w/ more gray), the other lads in FM are looking quite dashing. Much better than in their brunette days. :p -Lis |

But you can't say it's not true. Not to resurrect that whole "power bottom" discussion, though.... |

I can't remember which thread it was now. Maybe someone else can point you in the right direction... |

Hillary P.S. Hmmm. Maybe we should all resist the temptation to point out all of the lesbian-esque things Stevie has said, sung, and done. ;) |
