IKINW or Eyes?
Which do you think was better?
I'd say IKINW. And this is coming from a guy who used to not like Lindsey's Tusk stuff at all. But guess what guys- I've got to give him credit-this song rocks! It was maybe the funnest, most high energy song at the show Friday. I think I have a new respect for Lindsey after seeing him from the front row on Friday and of course my level of obsession of Stevie has been kicked up a few knotches. So which did you prefer, IKINW or EOTW? |
EOTW
I love the Christine LB Canon. |
IKINW
da da da da da da....da da da da da da da  ~Alex |
Both great, but EYES.
|
Difficult choice...
But I have to go with I Know I'm Not Wrong... they do it so well, and just musically/lyrically/etc it's a really well-made song that fits right in with the other classics. In my perfect setlist there'd be both! |
Oh it just depends on my mood. I love IKINW, everyone is just happy bc its something different. The main reason why I love it, besides its an awesome song, I just LOVE it when a singer does some old song that hasnt been done live in "donkey's ages".
|
They both fit well in the set but I would have to go with IKINW because I generally like the song better over all.

EOTW:
How could you not love Mick's beginning drum beats, Liddy not completing his words, and Stevie singing "EEEEEYYYYYYYYESSS" or is it "AHH AHH AHHH"? -Curtis |
Ikinw
But I love both songs...
|
Got to go with IKINW.
The da da da's do it for me and Stevie seems to really enjoy the song. Brit |
I love both songs and they both really rocked but I think I like IKINW just a little more.
|
I just think Stevie is so cute during Eyes when the bangs her tamborine over her head, and she even does a kick at one point. Gotta go with Eyes. Not to mention it's just a great energetic song to follow up after Dreams.
|
I dont care for album version of Eyes, nor do I care for their 80s live rendition of it...but I loved it on this tour..
IKINW has always been my fav. Lindsey Tusk song, so i prefer it...especially live...I love him and Stevie doing the "Da da da da da" Chris |

Eyes by a landslide.

I'm going with EOTW. Good song, great live.

Oh, "Eyes Of The World", without a shadow of a doubt. I find "I Know I'm Not Wrong" one of the weakest tracks Lindsey wrote for Tusk, even though it's quite a good song; but "Eyes" has excellent, elloquent lyrics and a guitar arrangement that's a dream. :)

I Know I'm Not Wrong for sure.
|
I like Eyes better on this tour. Fantastic song to play right in the beginning to get people going. I think it's perfection, except I wish it'd go on a little with the solo at the end.
I love IKINW as well -- but I don't like it that early in the set. I think it should come later on, after maybe I'm So Afraid and before the big Tusk/Stand Back/GYOW trio. It's much more of a fun 'hey let's add this in' song for maybe an encore or after a big hit. Still though, I love the peppiness of it and how they made it rock more than the album cut. |
They're both great, but I choose Eyes -- if only for the Canon in D major intro. I LOVE that.
|
I Know I'm Not Wrong......I like them both and i think they were both one of if not the best songs in their respective setlists but i think IKINW rocks more......it would be cool if they were both in it but if they were to both me in there he'd have to change up the guitar solo on IKINW since he ripped right out of EOTW
|
I Know I'm Not Wrong, both on the record and on the tour. Eyes is great, but as far as live performances go, nothing tops the Mirage tour for me. I love Lindsey & Christine's intro and Stevie's backup vocals.
|
I looooooooooooove Eyes of the World. It was a mess on The Dance tour, but I'm so glad they resurrected it for the current one. Love IKINW, too.
|
I know I'm Not Wrong
|
Both of the songs were really great live. Very hard to make a choice between the two. :)
