32 huh? I would recommend deep-breathing exercises in preparation for blowing out all those candles. My (very evil) best friend actually put all 36 (35 + 1 to grow on) of my candles on a small cake this year, and I was able to extinguish them all. But not without a severe headrush, lots of swirly stars, and an unfortunate smoke alarm incident. Of course, the cake was rendered inedible, but that just left more room for ice cream!!! :]

Today was kind of lousy... I have a sinus headache, work was chaotic and stressful (yep, libraries can be chaotic and stressful too sometimes!), and it's hot, HUMID, and dreary.

BUT... we celebrated my birthday over the weekend, and THAT was perfect. The weather was terrific, the food was out of this world, and I had a lot of fun with my friends and family. :D

So I'm just chalking today up as "one of those days," and it doesn't count. ;)
