What do you want & how much would you pay?
Here's an idea for a thread that could potentially make us all look even kookier than we actually are!
What Stevie Nicks-related memorabilia or collector or vault item(s) would you want & how much would you pay for it/them? Assume that whatever you get is in great shape. The more honest you are, the kookier you'll look -- but in a good way. My choices reflect my bias toward live material: Item & Price Unedited 20/20 vid, 1980 (incl Cleveland footage)...........................$100 Japanese 1977 mini-tourbook...........................$50 Midnight Special DVD from master...........................$150 Hollywood Bowl 8.31.80 audio sdbd...........................$450 Unedited "In Concert" vid, 1981...........................$100 Los Angeles 10.02.83 audio sdbd...........................$1,000 Los Angeles 10.02.83 pro-shot vid...........................$2,000 Irvine 9.24.83 audio sdbd...........................$795 Stevie's old top hat...........................$45 "Wild Heart" master reels...........................$150 Jones Beach 6.08.86 audio sdbd...........................$325 MSG NYC 8.06.86 audio sdbd...........................$400 Stevie journals (each)...........................$50 Rich Coliseum 7.28.78 pro-shot vid...........................$600 "Other Side of the Mirror" master reels...........................$2 |

See, I knew you loved that album. |

I'd pay $1,000 for an original Rhiannon painting (not a print). |
I'd pay a couple hundred for a wild heart ring.

Anything with Wild Heart. I love that album.
I'd drop $150 for the master reel. |
Well, I'm mostly for the live stuff too:
Video from any show on Stevie's 81 Tour that includes Bella Donna $150 Rumours Tourbook $50 Proshot video of the SYW rehearsal 4/26/03 $100 Any video of the Buffalo or AC shows 2003 or Hershey 2004 $40 Video from any show on LB's solo 93 tour that includes Holiday Road $75 Paula |

Do you know if any or all of these things exist and/or are in circulation anywhere? Just curious... Paula |
I wouldnt pay any more than 30 bucks for any live recording. Anything higher would be a rip-off and a terrible waste of money IMO.

Like you said, your opinion. I actually don't buy boots, I trade. However if something showed up that I'd been searching for for years, I'd go for it. It's purely hypothetical, as most of this stuff is just not out there. Paula :) PS - forgot to list: Stevie's performance of At Last on video: $100 Stevie's performance of Black Velvet on audio $75 Video: $150 |
I'd probably sell my soul to get my hands on that Wild Heart promo poster with the clouds & the headdress. That's my favorite picture of Stevie everrrrrr.

considering i had the money, i would pay no more than $500....ok, maybe $1000 tops for the following:
unedited raw footage reels from all of the camera shots of the St.Louis 1979 shows. Film of ANY 1976 show. |

In my Utopia, someone would put one up for like $15 or something and I would manage to snag it. |

so, next time you're listening the 1980 Live album and Not That Funny, I'm So Afraid, or Go Your Own Way comes on, you can picture the 20/20 camera crews there. Actually, you know, i don't know how that exactly works...Who actually records these shows? There's another 1980 show called PM Magazine that has footage of them from somewhere else. The show supposedly aired in February, 1980. Anyway, I don't think any of the networks went out and recorded entire concerts just to use one or two clips. Maybe it's up to the record company? I would die to see that entire Cleveland footage. I'm sure it's in a vault somewhere....I think i should get a job for Iron Mountain. |
