Well I hope so. I ordered, but my c/c hasn't been charged yet. Should that be cause for concern?

Ugh. Don't scare me. This is the Mac, after all. They said June 8th, but it's probably June 8th, 2024. If anything, this band is consistent. :lol:

I don't care if it's later (not 2024 Mind you), then the actual release date for the dvd/cd thing... I just want to make sure I get DR!

Hmm I need to check if my CC has been charged...they probably messed my order up...the lady didnt sound like she understood anything I was saying...

Anyway I dont expect it anytime soon

I was a little worried when, after I had placed my order and then asked if there was any bonus material on either of the programs, the lady I was speaking to said, "Oh, you wanted the documentary too?" :eek:

I sure hope she got my order right!

At any rate, now that they've decided to not deliver mail on Friday because of the Reagan funeral (*I'm resisting the desire to roll my eyes), that'll be at least one more day before these shipments will arrive.

I'm off to the USPS website to send an email of complaint. I shall post the reply.

my card hasnt been charged yet either..bastards...i had a bad feeling about this phone thing anyway....they should have gotten our email addresses and emailed us and let us know something...o well i wont get panicky yet

My credit card doesn't seem to have been charged yet either. I'm guessing maybe they won't charge it until it's shipped - but of course that was SUPPOSED to happen today!

A friend of mine just told me that he ordered it yesterday, and the lady told him it would ship out on the 10th.

I don't know if that means they've changed the shipping date, or if it's simply because he ordered so late.

Well I emailed HD Ready yesterday...and they emailed me back with this, this morning :

"Legally, we are not allowed to bill any credit card until we are ready to
ship. Your order was processed yesterday and will be shipped today. Thank
you"

So atleast they know I HAVE an order..lol

Has anyone's credit card been charged yet??? I know sometimes those charges don't show up immediately, but the thing should have been shipped on Tuesday, and it's Friday now?

Dammit now the DVD's gonna be in stores before it arrives here - I hate when that happens!

I just got off the phone with them and all orders before Tuesday shipped on Wednesday (then she checked mine and said it definitely did on Wednesday). They claim to have billed everyone on Tuesday, but I haven't been billed so maybe some of us will get it for free. :laugh:

Does anyone know how they're shipping it? UPS, First Class Mail, Tenth Class Mail?

Somehow I don't think we're going to have it by Tuesday, but after spending $52 for this one, I'm not picking up another one on Tuesday....or so I say now ;)

Well, when I ordered mine, I was told that they'd ship on the 8th and could take up to ten days to arrive, so I never figured to have it by the 15th... though that would be cool.

At any rate, I'm not going to get really annoyed unless they still haven't arrived by next Friday. :)

If I had to guess, media mail. Companies always charge you an arm and leg, only to ship your order out the cheapest way possible.

well they DID bill my card on June 8th, so we will see when it comes..

I pre-ordered mine from Amazon Canada (obviously without DR) and it was shipped by courrier yesterday, so I should have it by Monday! Yippee!!!!

Mine shipped on what I think would've been the 11th in the US... Only probably about another 15 days to go, oh it's killing me! :(

It's Saturday and I've yet to be charged on my C/C. Last night I sent them an e-mail, using their "contact us" link - asking what the deal was.... Just waiting for a response from them. Don't expect they work Saturday's or Sundays... but ya never know.

UPS actually tried to deliver my package yesterday but I wasn't home. :( So now I have to wait until at least Monday. Of course there's a good chance I won't be home Monday either. :rolleyes:

UPS usually leaves the packages on my front porch when I am not home (My neighbors must wonder why the hell UPS is always stopping at our house, Easy, Medical supplies for Debbie & music/equipment for myself.)

The woman on the phone, when I ordered, told me they were shipping postal service...not UPS. In which case, they always leave it at the door, or your mail box.

Yeah, I'm sure it will fit nicely in my mail box :)

Let's just hope it arrives before I turn 30 years old!
