Is Your Favorite FM Song...

...on your favorite FM album?

Favorite Song: "Little Lies"
Favorite Album: TITN

I guess that means it's on the album...

xdreamsunwindx 05-26-2004 03:49 PM

Nope. My fave FM song is Oh Daddy, which is on Rumours, and my favorite album is Tusk. Da da.

macfan 57 05-26-2004 04:06 PM

Yes. "Why" is my favorite Fleetwood Mac song & it's on my favorite Fleetwood Mac album, Mystery To Me.

Merf 05-26-2004 04:08 PM

Yes. "Sisters of the Moon" is my favorite FM song and on my favorite FM album, Tusk.

wondergirl9847 05-26-2004 04:17 PM

No, it's not...

My fave FM song is ISA, which is on the White album, but my fave version is on The Dance. My fave FM album, tied with Tusk and Tango (LOL), is Rumours.

shackin'up 05-26-2004 04:48 PM

Yeah, I Know I'm Not Wrong Is On Tusk, The Best Album Ever Recorded By Anyone.

although django/sorcerer-live touched me unbelievably deep this week, it's on no album (don't count that brrr-version on TISL), but has potential to grow out to something totally favorite for me. Man,man, man, it's so beautiful, it hurts. OK, it wouldn't count anyway. BN-song.

goldie 05-26-2004 04:52 PM

Yes.

Favorite Song: Gold Dust Woman
Favorite Album: Rumours

Neal 05-26-2004 05:02 PM

Currently my favorite song/album is 'Isn't It Midnight'/TITN, so yes.

Last week it was 'Straight Back'/Mirage though...

rezamatic 05-26-2004 05:08 PM

Not only is my favorite song on my favorite album, BUT it's the same title even!

"Tusk" :nod:

jadegypsy 05-26-2004 05:10 PM

faves

Nope, my three faves are on three different albums (unless you consider VBOFM, then there are two on one)
Sweet Girl/Dance, Gypsy/Mirage, Rhiannon/FM

And to make matters even worse My fave overall album for Stevie is probably Tusk, But my Fave for all three is probably The Dance, complicate things enoug

Villavic 05-26-2004 05:40 PM

Rumours

My favorite album was, is, and will be RUMOURS (sorry tuskmaniacs). And the my fave song within that album is Go your own way, followed by the Chain

However I prefer Gypsy and Sara than GYOW

But in 1997 I prever Silver Springs over any song

Though I was crazy about Seven Wonders during my tangomaniacdays

And I always like to listen Songbird at top volume, lights off. Or it was Tusk with bass surround?

And my fave videos are Gypsy and As long as you follow. But if we are talking about Chris, Don't Stop and YMLF makes me crazy..

etc.. etc.. etc... :D

ryan8472 05-26-2004 06:08 PM

Yep...

Tusk, which is from.....Tusk. My two favorites.

DownOnRodeo 05-26-2004 07:32 PM

Hmm.. I'd say yes... 'Sara' and 'Over & Over' from Tusk...
But 'Murrow Turning Over in His Grave' from SYW...

sodascouts 05-26-2004 07:45 PM

Nope - my favorite song is Gypsy, but the rest of Mirage is not so hot. My favorite album is Rumours, although SYW comes in a close second.

I don't count ISA, since I love the live version and not the lame-o WA version.

estranged4life 05-26-2004 08:05 PM

Yes...

My fave FM song "Storms" is on my fave FM album "Tusk".

Janis_no1 05-26-2004 09:36 PM

OMG this is just too too too HARD!!

I agree with my favourites changing every so often.... I do love the album tusk, at first when i bought it (aka 2 years ago)i really didn't - but boy it grows on you!! I really do like Isn't it midnight for CM, and another one that hasn't been mentioned is "Temporary one" - i really like that song on the Dance.

For stevie, oh too hard really. Im not a fan of dreams, SOTM has a great feel to it that i cant help but get utterly absorbed into. Storms is a song that just touches anyone who really listens to it, and Beautiful child is purely divine to me. Im rambling now...lol.

To sum my post up - I DONT KNOW!!!

darklinensuit 05-26-2004 11:12 PM

No.
I'm picking Gypsy and Rhiannon, but Rumours for the album.

ditto to both! :)

No!! Silver Springs is on NO album, unless you count The Dance (not studio) or The Rumours re-issue. But if Silver Springs had made the cut on Rumours (which of course it should have) then I would still have to say no because Tusk is my favorite Mac album.

CarneVaca 05-27-2004 12:48 PM

This is easy:

Save Me a Place and Tusk, which to quoth my Dutch friend, is "the best album ever recorded by anyone."

seteca 05-27-2004 02:49 PM

Fav. FM song: The Chain.
Fav. FM album: Rumours.

Also feel the need to mention:

Fav. LB solo song: Go Insane.
Fav. LB solo album: Go Insane.

Fav. SN song with FM: Storms.
Fav. SN album with FM: Tusk.

So yes, yes & yes.:)

allisonfromca 05-27-2004 04:15 PM

To sum my post up - I DONT KNOW!!!

I totally agree with that. I know this is a lamo answer, but I seriously don't have a fave FM song. I like, or love, pretty much everything they've done...so can't narrow it down. I think Sisters Of The Moon is an awesome Stevie tune. Chris' Songbird and YMLF always get me. Linds' can do very little wrong :) ...so my answer would be:

I DONT KNOW!!!
