Upcoming Release - 'Fleetwood Mac: Unbroken Chain' DVD

Koch Vision Entertainment (who? *lol*) is releasing a DVD titled 'Fleetwood Mac: Unbroken Chain,' on July 13th.
Looks to me like it's probably an unauthorized documentary... which might be cool, since we'll probably get to see some rare, public-domain type footage of the band. :)

Very little info to go on, but you can find it listed on these sites:
Koch Vision Entertainment's website

Amazon.com's listing

DVD Empire's listing

(A big thanks to my friend, Greg, for the info!) :)

sounds like a nice dvd :) (especially since my soon-to-be-former colleagues gave me a dvd-player last night  ) but the title sucks... What variation on "Chain" + "to break" haven't we heard yet!

Thanks for the info, JS. Sounds great :D . From the 3 websites listed it seems to be only for Region 1 DVD players. Do you know if it's going to be available for Region 2 as well? It's not listed on Amazon.co.uk yet.

Thanks alot
Julie

Thanks for posting, Johnny Stew.:) By the way, Koch is also releasing Christine's new album here in the U.S.

Maybe she gave them some unreleased footage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the info. JohnnyStew :woohoo:

Oh, man! How did I not make that connection?!? *blushing*
Guess all of the pistons in my brain weren't firing correctly last night!

Thanks for pointing out the connection, macfan! :D

Thanks, Johnny!

I am worried about the 60 minute running time, though.

Yeah, that doesn't really allow for a very in-depth profile, unfortunately.

Safe betting says it'll rush thru 1967-1974, and then focus mainly on the years since Lindsey & Stevie joined.

Wow Johnny!! you know how to really go out on a limb!! LOL :woohoo:

I'm not gonna bet you!

Who would bet against that?!

Shh... I was hoping i could get someone to fall for it! I have to pay for that DVD somehow, ya know! ;) :p

Maybe it will focus on Christine a little more due to her signing with Koch.

Maybe she has footage at her house of them running around drunk beating each other up! LOL :]

an odd title - considering that was also the name of an old Grateful Dead song.

on another off topic note.... I saw Grant-Lee Phillips play last night. His new record - Virginia Creeper is excellent. I think all you old Buckingham Nicks fans would love Grant-Lee's music - his solo stuff along with his albums from his former band Grant Lee Buffalo.

Awesome!

Yeah, but so was "Eyes Of The World."

i pre-ordered it right away on amazon ;)
this is gonna be one fun summer !!
thanx for the heads up
and uhhm i'm not beting against you either johnny , im short on cash from all these new releases as it is already :p
