Fan Club TIcket info Sent!
 

I just recieved this e-mail.....

Ticket locations from the fan club presales have been sent for the following shows on 3/24/04:

05/12 - Green Bay, WI (all tickets were in rows 1-10)
05/23 - Jacksonville, FL (all tickets were in rows 1-14)
06/08 - Hartford, CT (all tickets were in rows 1-16)
06/22 - Chula Vista, CA (all tickets were in rows 1-17)

If you purchased presale tickets (not Platinum Packages) for these shows and have not received your seat location, please contact [email protected]

So have they told you the exact seat location yet? There is a big difference between row 1 and row 17 IMO

I have called *6* times since Monday and have recieved estimates ranging from 2 hours......to 5-7 DAYS! :mad: :mad:

I've called at least three times in the last week and these people are rude and don't know what they are talking about. One person told me that this email was a mistake and that they have no idea where my seat is because they have not received the tickets yet. If this was true then they would not have sent out this email and not kow how many rows back the fan club seats go.

Please, everyone call. We need to get a message across!

I'm going to call right now! I want to know where my Jacksonville seats are!

Make sure to read them the email and ask for a supervisor.....Be strong and dont back down...

I just had a thought (no comments from the peanut gallery :laugh: )

If people are upset with their seat assignments, they can't make, etc., they will refund their tickets per the 100% refundable option. Although I am unsure of the expiration of the 100% refund option, I think this means the tickets will go back into Ticketmaster for resale. So, keep checking TM. :cool:

This makes me mad. I just explained everything to them and they said they would get back to me by Friday (maybe sooner)! What is taking so long?

Call them back and tell them you want answers now. Threaten them with a Better Business Bureau complaint or something.

Why not? It's your money and you aren't getting the service that was promised. They're f'ing up on their end, so they should be called to task. They can't do anything to you, they're there to serve you. You're the customer.

I understand. You're pretty young, right? Can you get your mom or dad to talk on the phone with them? They will probably be less rude to someone who sounds a little older.

That might be a good idea since it was their credit card that purchased these tickets. I just don't want them to get upset over this whole thing. They have spent well over 500 dollars on these tickets and I never really explained that this fanclub had a bad reputation.

* 07/05 - Ridgefield, WA (Seats were in rows 1-22) A - V

I wouldn't be happy with row 22!! When do people find out exactly what row they are in??

According to the fanclub, they should have ALREADY found out where their seats are, but still nobody seems to know...

OK, finally ONE person on Mick's Board received their EXACT seat location - ROW 14! According to her, she's been a member since the beginning & only needed one ticket, AND she did the presale right when it started. Pretty sucky, IMO.

We just got our seat locations for Madison. Did they send out an e-mail that they'd be sending out Madison?

Ours were fine. Row 6.

Someone else on Mick's received their seat too - row 8.

We have third row seats for Madison!!!!! I think I'm having my first heart attack at 22!! We also have 11th row for Green Bay. Not too bad! Some of the better seating I've had at Mac shows.

Someone pinch me! Fanfire just called and I am row 8 on Stevie's side! I know most of you are used to front row center but I am so happy! I am just 8 rows away from my favorite singer of all time, Stevie Nicks! :D

I got row 8th row for one show, but 20th for another. The second set is going back, obviously, but I'm happy with the first.

Maybe the Fan Club FINALLY did something right!!! :cool:

Has anyone who bought tix through the fan club for the Champaign show gotten their seats? I called them this AM and they said, "they hadn't determined my seat location yet," and to "call back in a week if I still haven't received my seats through email." :rolleyes:

Call every single day. That is what I did and when I finally got the courage to demand I speak to a supervisor at once, I finally found out my seat location! It was a long, stressful process, but I have row 8! Just 8 rows away from Stevie (and the rest of the band of course!)

I got Section 7 for Raleigh? Section 7 is not even in the first sections?????? Those got sent back really fast! I even called customer service to make sure and they said it was cancelled!
I am without my PC right now and this whole email thing in 48 hours is very tough right now! Thankfully I had Alex to help me out!!
Just wanted to let you all know that my seats stink and got send back. My old PC is being fixed and I am next door at Kinko's posting. I got a new PC and I should be all set in a few days!!:D

So you all have found this information out by calling them??
THEY have not contacted anybody yet, like they said they would??

I'm waiting to hear still on my two shows....

In every venue, there are just two rows:

Row 1 ............................. and every other row.

Fortunately I am a bit more easy going then that.
