I think they are both amongst the best shots of her. :nod: If anyone nominates one of those shots of her with that curly 1970ish hair, I think I'll have a stroke. :laugh:

I like the second one more than the first. Most of the post-Dance photos are either great or bad, IMO, and in that first photo she just looks a little hard for my taste, though I do love that recurring theme of the dark, direct look at the camera.

I actually got a good giggle out of it, because I had *just* read the latest entries in that thread, and then came back to this one to see what you had posted, and it made me have to stop and think of what thread I was reading. :laugh:

BLOODY HELL! That first photo is the one I was looking for! The ONE time I don't check the Nicksfix, wouldn't you know.
I still remember when the photo ran in People Magazine in the 80s for the Red Rocks review, black & white, of course.
The face is perfect, I love that the gaze is away, black lace belongs on any Stevie stamp, and I love the crown-like mane of blond hair. Regal is the word for that photo.

I only have the article clipped out, so I'm not sure which magazine it comes from, but it is in German. It has some great pics of Stevie at home!
