According to the site Dolly is a 40DD. I'd have guessed bigger.
On the other hand (not literally), Christie Brinkly is a 36C. Now, I know there's quite a height different between her and Stevie, but does anybody really believe she's bigger than Stevie in this department?

She is not a B-cup..i can tell you this because i've unfortunately stood right under her during Edge when she walks the stage and bends over to shake hands.Hell NO is she anything smaller than like a 34-C..pushed up or not..I am a 38-C and i remember thinking damn..she's almost got as much as me,lol..

I would be very surprised if Stevie decided to replace the silicone implants because even if she were to opt for the (supposedly safer) saline implants, the outer casing is still silicone, which of course, is still absorbed into the body.
I believe that whilst health concerns were Stevie's primary reason for removing the implants in 1994, she must have felt at the age of 46 that such drastic measures for the sake of vanity were no longer necessary or appropriate. Certainly she still wishes to look her best but as most chicks know, surgery is not the only means of achieving a dynamic cleavage.
If you care to scrutinise any of Stevie's "chestier" moments since 1995, it is apparent that various tricks have been employed to give the illusion of uplift and fullness. Dissention has already mentioned the assistance that tape can provide but there are a multitude of bras that will aid in the quest for voluminous fun-bags. In addition to lifting the breasts, padded inserts will fill out the area and even structural clothing such as corsets and bustiers will further enhance in this regard if so desired. Furthermore, gel-filled bags (known in Australia as "curves") which replicate the design of breast implants can also be positioned inside the bra for a double-barrel effect.
Consideration should also be given to Stevie's fuller figure these days - whilst she is in no way overweight, she is definitely more ample than the waif-like creature that graced the 1970's.
