My god. It's like the nightmare friend from the parallellethed universe. I keep friends with more money and less habits than I have. It's the only way to stay ahead. Wise up, Carrie!

Why do cokeheads dump money into women? Because after you do coke for so long it takes five or six of them to get you up? Hmmm. Deep thoughts.

That's what it does. In short order, and cheaply too. So everyone can join in the fun.:distress:

Soon the entire planet will be on meth. Like cockroaches. That is so sad about your friend.

yeah. it's sad, because i look at this kid and can see that he is seriously brilliant, but he's been using and drinking since he was, like, 12. once you start using meth, though, that is a true point of no return. you just can't stop using that **** on your own.

It's the worst drug on earth, no doubt about it. People can quit, but the odds are not so great. It's easier to kick heroin, supposedly. The recidivism rates are worse, anyway.

meth is so scary - you can get hooked in an instant, and detox is so long. like, you can still be going through withdrawal symptoms 9 mos later. actually, my friend's gf's aunt is the person who introduced meth in ohio. he hangs with some really healthy people.

the stats i've read say 5.6% of users recover. some recovery experts say the numbers are higher, that relapse is a normal part of quitting, but to me, that just validates an unhealthy spiral of recovery/relapse/recovery/relapse, and where does it end?
