yes I thought about that when i typed it. But then again, that winner can edit it it later and then the **** hits the fan again. Jacob just has to confirm or, if he can't, pass the stick and let someone else do the job. This one is too much fun to abort. Not because of conspiracy of one group but because its great to see how songs are getting to conquer eachother because people arer going to stick together sometimes and it's just very exciting to see when things are going to fall apart. I'm curious if storms and IKINW are going to be fighters f.i. I'll even have to split my own heart to choose between those two.

Jacob (or whoever takes over) would confirm immediately, taking care of the editing problem.

I do find it acceptable to go back to the BC/TEFM round because the tie-breaker rules were so vague. Jacob must CLEARLY STATE THEM BEFORE THE ROUND BEGINS.

2. You will be able to change your vote ONLY IF YOU STATE IN YOUR POST THE SONG YOU PREVIOUSLY VOTED FOR
3. Immunity will no longer be a part of Tusk SS
4. Unless stated other wise Tribal Counsel will happen at 10 PM (give or take 10 min)

I think after the massive confusion of the last two rounds, for the sake of clarity, it would be fair to have BC -TEFM challenge, and Over and Over back in the game. In any case, definite rules are really needed. :nod:

As far as the point of Stevie's songs having "no chance to win this"... well, it IS balanced more in Lindsey's direction, no?

He has the most songs on the album, and with the carefully calculated voting that you and your buddies are using, Christine's songs are barely left and Stevie's are going out the door right behind them.

So I'm not sure what you're upset about.

Oh, and "Beautiful Child" DOES still belong in the game, because it received less previous votes than "That's Enough For Me," when ALL the votes from ALL the rounds are counted.

If it were the other way around, you'd be the most vocal in criticising Jacob's rulling. ;)

I agree. I'm not voting eithe and I am bowing out of this game as well. If Rumours77 wants to play a joke on all of us and pretend he is impartial and fair, then let the people who agree with him on in this whole charade enjoy themselves silly.

I have had a great time casting my votes and playing this game, but now this is not fun anymore. What we have is a couple of people acting like three year olds -- Hawkeye and JWD -- and Rumours77 apparently being unable or unwilling to stand up to them. Having this stupid runoff so late in the day, which prevents people in Europe from voting, is about the most stupid and unfair thing I've ever seen.

Rumours77, what are you afraid of really? Why would you go back two rounds and prolong this thing, especially when you are reversing yourself on the Beautiful Child decision? Now you're invalidating yesterday's round too, so Over and Over is back on.

I agree, bring back Sara since this game is so broken now that it would be a complete joke to keep playing it. I don't tend to get involved too often in fights on this board, and I won't start now, but I have to say this is pretty disgusting.

Well, first thank you very much for your kind welcome.

As for who I am, My name is Michael and I've been a fan since about the Street Angel era (a little after actually, it was when Stevie played live in Boston in '96). I have been on the Enchanted mailing list since 1997 and a member here for a little over a year although I have obviously just been lurking in that time until I saw my favorite stevie song (beautiful child) about to be voted off and I tried to vote (too late). Now I have an opportunity to vote again thanks to Jacob's decision.

So, I'm sorry I voted, but I hope my decision to start voting in the game doesn't drive you away simply because I'm a Fleetwood Mac fan that enjoys Stevie's tusk songs (If this were Tango it would be a different story, but the Tango Survivor wasn't nearly as close a competition involving my favorite songs). Again please don't let my vote drive you away. I think perhaps just a second group that favors Stevie's tusk songs has started voting strategically much like a similiar group voted strategically to keep Lindsey's song at the beginning of the game. If it will help I will not vote anymore. Sorry.
