The fact that you can't simply call him out for being a mediocre actor at best is shocking to me. Instead, you have to pussyfoot around it. If he didn't have that face that so many women find appealing, he'd have nothing of a career to speak of. All 5'7" of him would be as obscure as Anna Nicole's intelligence. |

How do you really feel about it Amber?

He's the kind of actor tailor-made for roles like Janitor #3 in Die Hard 2. |

I think I said earlier in this thread or maybe it was the other that he is not that great of an actor who has relied mostly on his looks and charm to get where he is. But, I nonetheless reiterate it here :wavey: |

I've avoided this thread 'til now because, well, I really don't like Tom Cruise and any discussion of him, good or bad, isn't really very appealing for me.
He's a mediocre actor and not particularly attractive, if you ask me. And his smile? Bugs the sh*t out of me. He's like a damned car salesman or something. The only movies I've liked that he starred in? Rainman Risky Business Far and Away (which is quite surprising, considering the fact that I don't like Nicole Kidman either) The Last Samarai (he's almost likeable when he doesn't flash that f*cking smile) |
