I get the point of the album. Lindsey needed more freedom to express himself.
I just don't think the result was as good as it could've been had he used more of the musical talents of the other members.

Save Me a Place is the perfect shaving song. Have you noticed that? It's the perfect chord progression, tempo & lyric for getting a really CLOSE shave every morning.

I love shaving to "Miranda". It's the perfect length and it's really fun once the jam happens at the end. I've learned not to shave to "Come" because I sliced myself up once or twice :-/ It was very embarrasing... :shocked:

Nancy and rezamatic.......just a suggestion, but if you updated the first or second post in this thread with the results of each round, someone who missed a few rounds or has not joined would be able to catch up quicky and join in and vote.

As this thread gets longer many people will not want to try to scroll through dozens of pages of voting to figure out which songs are left, which songs received immunity, etc.

Yup, that's a very good point. We talked about this - we're planning on starting up a new thread every few rounds or so, just so we aren't cluttering the board with threads every time we start a new round. If we have something important to post as hosts, then we post in large red font, so hopefully that'll help you spot them quicker. After this next round we'll start a new thread.

Immunity Question for Round 4:
(the first person to reply with the correct answer AND their vote for immunity in one post will be confirmed by us before voting begins...)

On ‘The Chain’ box set, there is a special remixed version of “Tusk”. What is the big difference between this remix and the orginal album cut? (We’re looking for a pretty specific answer here, so I hope we don’t run into debates!)

The 'Chain' alternate version of "Tusk," omits the first verse of the song.

Immunity goes to "Sara" please. :)

The line "Why don't you ask him if he's going to stay, why don't you ask him if he's going away" is what I was referring to as the "first verse."

"Tusk" is structured a little oddly though, so I realized other people might not consider two lines a "verse."

It doesn't start out with the drumming. It starts out with the horns. Something like that.

If I'm correct, Save Me a Place gets immunity.
