It did download for me as well as an unrecognized file, but I just renamed it and added .mp3 to the end and it changed it to an mp3.

Chili - Ive been listened and Twist of Fate really does sound like Second Hand News. I hope he does some vocals over, most of the time I have no idea when hes singing.

Another one I have been loving lately - She Smiles Sweetly. I absolutely love that one.

That's odd. They are mp3 files on my computer and I didn't alter them.

I'm sorry I don't think they are any different, I didn't realize someone already posted these. It was all I had to offer.

Oh and danax, I was able to rename the file and open it. No worries. Thinks for the tip all.

Because I don't have any unique demos I thought I'd share a few remixes in thanks to whoever started this thread and those who've contributed. The Trouble and Soul Drifter Remixes were titled "Remixes in the night" an apparent nod to Tango in the Night, though neither song is from that album?! Who knows? They're the best remixes of those two songs I've heard.

Trouble Remix

Time Bomb Town Alternate
(it's 10 seconds long than the released track and I can find no discernible difference between this and the other one. I think perhaps the way it is mixed might be the difference and the 10 second thing...who knows)

Yeah, I like that one a lot, too. Pretty good cover of the Stones. It's pretty interesting how the song was written in 1965/66, yet lyrically can apply to the Lindsey & Stevie story.

I'm surprised he didn't officially release that one. It would've fit just perfectly on UTS.

Well, about 4 seconds on the end are dead air, and before that, it fades totally out. I don't think it's so much an alternate as the complete fade is in tact. More woaaahh-ohhh-ohh's, if you will. ;)

Somewhere along the lines, I think about 4 years ago, I had a dance remix of Time Bomb Town. I lost it when my hard drive was stolen, and haven't seen it anywhere else since. Anyone got this? There were also a couple others... I want to say Slow Dancing and Go Insane (original, obviously, not solo guitar).

I have a Slow Dancing/Go Insane Remix. I dont know if their the ones you are talking about.

I need to fix the other comp so I can get posting :D

I think I have an entire cd with remixes, but as far as I remember, there are only Tango mixes on there. I could be wrong, I'll check when I get home from work.

Very well could be, Chris. There probably aren't that many circulating. :)

I've heard a few of the Tango mixes, but don't have any of them anymore (except for a couple dance mixes of Little Lies on 12" 45 RPM vinyl).
