Yeah, but when they came back, she was just at the end of it and was howling and screaming; it was fantastic. I think I'll bust out that tape and watch it tonight.

Yeah, that's how I remember it, and why I was pissed. Oh to have been in the studio.

Haha. I never even thought of that.

- - Edge from Red Rocks - Never met anybody who liked the "Singin' it to YA" line

YOU ARE RIGHT, THAT DOES SOUND TERRIBLE JAKE.

- Mirage concert Gypsy - Stevie's a zombie

YES, SHE LOOKS ROUGH.

- Mick's solo!!! Need I explain?

AGAIN, I GOT REALLY FED UP WITH MICK GRUNTING INTO HIS MIKE, PUFFING HIS CHEST OUT AND BANGING HIS DRUM PACK STRAPPED ON HIS CHEST, WHILE HE STRUTTED UP AND DOWN, JUST WENT ON TOO LONG AND BORED ME TO TEARS.

I just had to add to Jake's quotes, but here's what I wouldn't want people to see:

The Red Rocks Dancing 'Brad' is the first BIG no no.

Peacekeeper - Live in Boston DVD, Stevie and Lindsey don't sound as good as they usually are.

World Turning - Live in Boston DVD too many 'World Turnings' song sounds dull.

Red Rocks - Where the limo pulls up and Stevie gets out with big glasses on  and looks like Sue Pollard from Hidey Hi (UK comedy about holiday camp/"morning campers") and then Mick gets out and towers above Stevie. Just makes me cringe. Can imagine Stevie saying "Morning Campers." (love you really Stevie).

Dancing Brad seems to be a hot topic lately. It's suddenly everybody's favorite thing to point out as bad. I don't mind the dance at all - to me the only thing that makes it comical is how he just suddenly runs on and then runs off shortly thereafter, like he's one of the little thingies in Ms. Pac- Man.

[QUOTE=goldie]My pick:

I love my Lindsey - but I hate showing pics of beard & kimono Lindsey. Ewww! Lindsey started to get hot for me in the Mirage era.

ooooohhhhhhhhhhh I agree, he was soooooooooo sexy in the Mirage vid, oozing so much sex appeal, I really love that era of Fleetwood Mac, Lindsey just looks so gorgeous, no wonder Stevie went crazy over him.

I can't believe that!!! That is my favorite performance EVER by her and I think she looks so pretty. Why do you think she looks like a "zombie"?? I think she looks pretty peppy - the way she barely makes it out to the mic to start singing. And her white dress....I could go on and on.

She stands pretty still, holding a flower, with hair hanging in her eyes and her eyelids drooping, singing without much oomph. This is not the same woman who raged through The Chain moments before.

That's because it's not my quote, it was originally posted by DarkLinenSuit (Jake) you could ask him why. I just replied to his quote.

I agree, not one of my favorites either.

How about the TITN DVD - all those edited shots, very cheesey, IMO. People would be laughing for sure.

Oh, and the Stevie Rolling Stone photo shoot video (I can hear it now - "why do you have THAT? You can barely hear anything!")

Little do they know that I need to have EVERYTHING Mac related, it doesn't matter HOW bad it is!

Paula

Is it the end of GDW or the end of Seven Wonders where Stevie sucks in her cheeks, pouts her lips, and turns away sort of slow motion with this "I'm-too-cool" expression on her face?

Lorriane, I know, I saw that after I posted. :)

And Jake...I just don't see see the droopy eyes  Guess, we'll have to agree to disagree. :)

And the TITN video - Paula, you are right. I would never show my friends that. Mainly for the dreadful red hat and outfit Stevie is wearing.

bikerchic 07-21-2004 04:34 PM

Paula.....I can't wait to see your collection!!! :blob2: :blob2: :blob2: :] :] :]

That's prob due to the fact that the songs were from different nights.
