As a matter of fact I think that's (around) when the interview is from.
Maybe Stevie was going through her "May/June gloom period" right then. ;)

say, Im a Los Angeles neighbor too....only 500 odd miles or so away, practically right next door (as the jet flies)!!! I even have earthquakes and traffic and such

and talk about coincidences, I also lived in Hawaii, over on Kaneohe bay. it was great once I learned how to breathe the thick air....and it only took me two weeks to ignore the damn rooster that crowed at 3am every morning...

the 3rd degree sunburn I had was a minor annoyance, I had a great time
course, when I was there in the 70's there werent quite so many Japanese.

Absolutely!
I never understood why she would want to live in L.A., of all places, no disrespect for anyone who lives there,

Because she made it there - - - And she wanted to stay - - - And what she seems to touch there, these days, just turns to gold - and what she seems to want?
Well, you know - - - she'll find a way! :) :woohoo:

Which rock show are you seeing? I have tickets to the Hollywood Bowl for some summer shows. As packed as it is, I have an affection for the place. You ever go to the cemetary movie showings?

Culver has really gentrified and the downtown has a charming feel to it. It started about three years ago and keeps getting better with all the wine bars and French or Italian restaurants complimenting it. A plethora of everything right here in walking distance. :)

Santa Monica fireworks were cancelled about two-three years ago do to gang violence and shootings. As for as I know they haven't brought it back. Better check first. Anyway I can see it from my upper balcony.

I'm seeing the classic rock band "The Answer". Guest starring is Michelle of Bella Donna who impersonates Stevie Nicks. After that is the Burbank Philharmonic...not sure what they're playing.

I'm going to the Hollywood Bowl August 11th for the Beatles Sgt Pepper 40th anniversary show. LA Phil.
