I think I'm in shock.

@MauiZan:

"Mick said she's not going on tour"

But still. I never ever thought we would see her on a stage behind a keyboard again.

I'd love to know what she played.

Frankly I never thought I'd see her in public again.

I hope someone recorded some of last nights show.

Yes, and maybe Ken - if he was there - knows what they played. I wonder if she stuck to Chicken Shack / early FM blues?

It's a funny old world, as they say. In about 2000, when they did the Clinton gig with out her, I imagined she had just dropped off the face of the Earth. With the 2004 solo album, with her reaction to Ken's book (something about reminding her of and restoring her passion for the music) and with this little performance, it seems fairly clear to me that it's the enormous Rumours-lineup machine that 'Fleetwood Mac' had become she was running from, not the music itself.

Dying. Yes, I saw Stevie at Hammerstein last night (which was fab, BTW), but I think I would have literally traveled halfway around the world for this instead.

Happy

Ohhh..... this makes me so happy. She looks amazing, and we fans surely miss that smokey voice and those great songs that no one else can perform.

Stevie+Lindsey+Christine=vocal magic!!!

Come on MICK.........you got her feet wet, now just pull her in!!!! (ok, I may be only dreaming.........but, I would love for that to happen. Just hoping her performing in front of an audience that truly misses her...will inspire her to reconsider.)

So true. I am beyond thrilled she's doing this. I know she won't tour, but it's great to see her on stage. Perhaps, if we're lucky, she'll do an occasional gig/appearance, or record a song or two.

I saw one tweet saying that they closed with Don't Stop-ST on backing vocals, RV on guitar, MF on drums, CM singing. Not sure if that was all she played or not...hopefully those who attended will start talking!
