Cour one of you just brought this up in this thread about airfare, and it is on your petition ... So obviously they cared enough to say it. I was responding to them... not to you. I'm not defending myself I am clearing up some of the lies that have went unanswered.

I told you Cour I'm not here to answer to you. I only posted about something I thought the Mac community would like to know about. I also have addressed the accusations with involved me directly. I will not speak for the Club... I'm not employed by them, and won't sit here an answer 5-6 people ganging up on me to answer every question they want to put to me.

Just to recap here......



Jonathan Todd knew the identities were stolen on the first day of the first presale and did nothing about it. He let it continue throughout the first leg of the tour. When he was finally outed about it he promised to change them for the start of the second presale. He left that message on the board for one month but suddenly deleted it sometime in the 36 hours before the presale for the second leg began.

Jonathan Todd inserted an agreement onto the fanclub site and claimed it was there all along. He then kept changing it (we have records of 5 changes that were made with no notation) and insisted it was there all along. Trinity joined the first few days and knows there was NO such agreement when most people joined.

Treasured members of Mick's site continued to harass and beat up anyone who comlained about the fanclub or Mick's site and Trinity did not ban those treasured members and did not remove those posts. Bashing people who complain is okay.

Okay, I think almost 2000 hits were made to this thread, I don't see a ground swell of support for your cause here or over on your own site. Now what?

My response may have had something to do with it, but take a look at the other thread Tracy. I was not the least bit hostile and was still swarmed. Thing is I could have said what a nice day and still got the same thing.

You right... you have never said anything bad about me, and I wasn't directing that to you. If you read what was posted before the person or the admin removed it you know what I was hot about, but I still should not have brought that over to another thread.

Oh, most of us saw your post and Jackie's about paying for your own tickets, the issue remains because people don't believe it and many like me don't care. For the record, I think you did pay for the tickets, it would fit in with everything else Jonathan has done and it wouldn't surprise me that he lied to Louise in order to get her trust and not post that email.


If you haven't realized it, people have more than one issue with your actions over the last 5 months, you can't erase what you did and what you were involved in. Like I said before, you went well beyond 'helping the fans' at the expense of the rest of the community. You were also very nasty a few months ago about the lack of civiility and why YOU banned people. You may not be paid by Jonathan Todd, but you ARE a member of his staff and an administrator over on that site. You DID sit back and watch all of this and let it rip this community apart when the only thing people should've been talking about was a new CD and Tour from their favorite bad. You don't get what this is about. You didn't then and you don't now.

Yes that's how some people will always react, but they are not the majority. They are the most vocal for sure, but not the majority.

So does this mean we aren't interested in the ticketmaster proposal to auction off the best seats for concerts and someone being involved in acquiring many of the best seating for all the big band concerts or is there another thread that I have missed where we are discussing that?
I'm concerned about it.
I had a lot of problems logging into ticketmaster and the seat selection has been very bad most times.
I feel like I am playing the lottery everytime I sign on to look at available seats.
I was shocked by the price of tickets for FM for this tour but after seeing the prices of other well known older bands it seemed to be the going rate for some.
I for one have never gotten front row seating. Not for lack of trying tho.
I can not compete with big $$$ for decent seats at concerts.
I am just a regular middle class working person with a family.
I am interested in finding out what the regulations are about ticket pricing.
I might be misguided but I thought it was not legal to sell concert tickets and the like for well over face value.
My local newspaper prohibits it so I guess thats where I got the idea there were rules about reselling.
I guess there is always a way around everything if you have a monopoly on a product.

Yes, in a lot of states it is illegal, but, how they are getting around it is that the law says RESELL, not sell. So they are the orig sellers and set the face value. Sucks, huh? I am all against it too. I would fight with someone against it, not Trin, I am sorry, but if anyone else wants to fight this, count me in. Or, maybe I can start an action if anyone wants to join in?

when i stated that i was not bitter at you personally, i mean that i am not one of the bitter ppl that you stated that has been flaming you in that other post months ago. actually i dont remember seeing it, and it doesnt matter to me what was said about you . everyone here has a reason for feeling the way they do about you . after all you are the one who banned me, and never answered my emails , but you know what i got over it cause i found the ledge.so when you come here acting like there is a majority of interests by this boards members to hear your information, it does make me and everyone sick. why the interest now. and if only a small few are vocal about it, being sickening, believe me trin , the majority of this board feels the same way about you as the outspoken ones do. even if you mean well , you are damned, you are guilty by association as well as many other reasons that ppl feel fitting. but i dont think that will find you any pity.

At the end of the day I don't know if any of the admins have been offered perks by Jonathan Todd.... I DO KNOW that he talked about perks when trying to bribe his way out of the situation with Fireflies UK. THIS IS FACT. So it is natural that we will assume it works for other people 'helping' with his site. Todd is a sleaze and it is beyond my comprehension that anyone would want to have anything to do with being associated with him. Remember, more than he talked about perks for Fireflies, he said flat out that the admins were perked. So, if and when they are upset at anyone thinking this, they can look at him. He is the one that brought that to us. We did not dream it up on our on. And, of course, that opens doors to all other things that could be perked.

Trins 11th hour tirade kills me. Months ago I said I'd cut the admins a break if they explained why they're still sticking to JT like glue if they're not getting perked. JT let that cat out of the bag, but I never said I believed it. It's more likely than not JT's been leading them on and maybe he didn't directly comp them for specific things we can prove, but something fishy's been in the air from the beginning. Why get all defensive now?

Pix/Trin says he's read these boards all along but didn't respond until someone said he did something gay. That's what it took to make him defend himself? A gay reference? What an insult to gays! He didn't want to defend himself against his bosses lies. WTF? It must be all coming apart at the seams over there. Now that it's been exposed that the whole Soundstage thing coming from the fan club is a lie, how can he ever claim the high road?
