Sure, everyone flying on that airplane gets to the destination at the same time but are you honestly naive enough (or don't really understand how airline seating actually works) to think that someone in coach has the exact same flight experience as someone in first class? From reading some comments in this thread I get the impression you don't pay for your tickets anyway. If that's true, you obviously aren't able to, or don't care to, understand where the individuals on this board who are frustrated at ticket prices are coming from because it's an issue that doesn't matter in the least to you.



You can't understand why some people like to be near the stage so they don't have to carry binoculars or high-powered telescopes used only by NASA just to be able to actually see the band they paid so much to see or have waited so long to see? You can't understand why some people might like to be near the stage so they could get the opportunity to shake Stevie or Lindsey's hand? Wow, you must really be out of touch with us simple folks. Course, we should all just suck it up and pay for the cheap seats and spend the evening squinting at the stage while having beer spilled all over us by the rowdy fangirls behind us that couldn't afford the $1,000 tickets.

I'm sorry, NO band is worth tickets that cost as much as FM is charging this time around.

Just because it isn't important to YOU doesn't mean it isn't important to other people. Your opinion isn't the only one out there, thankfully. If everyone felt the same way you do about this Stevie would have abandoned the Edge Walk years ago. Lindsey and Stevie wouldn't go to the edge of the stage to shake hands and talk with the fans at all. There wouldn't be any need. Obviously, shaking hands and interacting with Fleetwood Mac is very important to the fans of the band because it happens at every show. Not only do the fans enjoy it, the band members do as well.

What's the point of going to a concert if you don't want to experience everything about it? That's boring. You can just sit around and listen to music at home without paying these exorbitant ticket prices.

i always do this and have never had a problem pulling up good seats for every single show and i go to a ton of concerts. the last 2 times FM came i ended up getting front row and third row (i watched the show from the front row anyway) so its in your best advantage to wait to the buy tickets.
now if i am really cheap i wait until the day before or day of the show and go on stubhub and i can always find a ticket for at least 1/3 of the price or half price. for Madonna's MDNR tour i paid $90 a ticket for that show and those same seats were going for $350 a pop. now for Cher which i just saw last week i waited until the week before and got 5th row at face value for $159 a ticket on ticketmaster but those same seats were going for $88 the day of the show so i really should have just waited. these are sold out shows i am talking about too.

The caveat being that all these friends are just looking for one ticket.
