No, we don't have a controversy. We have you acting like a sore loser. Homer won fair and square.

This is not your game, but, again, you're telling us how it should be. Let Jacob run his game, alright?

Right on. I think Johnny is letting his power as a moderator go to his head. I find it truly incredible that he would even try to steal this victory from you. And here's a guy who just yesterday was accusing me of not playing clean when all I ever did was persuade people to vote my way.

Sad, very sad.

Sounds pretty bossy to me.

Meanwhile, I didn't tell Jacob to DO anything, I simply stated my opinion that a new question should be asked or Immunity should be dropped altogether, lest we have another controversy on our hands.

Stupid me though, I keep forgetting that the only time an outcry is acceptable around here, is when "Save Me A Place" is on the chopping block.

There you go again. This is sour grapes, pure and simple. If you don't wear glasses, it's time to look into it. Homer's reply appeared first. Really, dude, you seem to want to compare your tactics to mine, but you choose to do so when you are so clearly wrong it's laughable. You have a lot to learn about this game. ;)

Edit: I just reread this and noticed how truly funny this sentence was: If you don't wear glasses, it's time to look into it. The pun was completely accidental. All in good fun, folks. Let's not get crazy with this game.

What's so confusing about it? Yesterday's round was voided, and today SMAP has immunity. It's pretty straightforward.

Patti 08-26-2004 08:21 AM

Grrrr, is that damn song EVER going to get out of here????? Ok, I vote for Over & Over.

Dulcimer 08-26-2004 08:33 AM

Whew, people, can't we just play the game without all this craziness? Now we have a disqualified round, which I think was the right thing to do, and people are already trying to create chaos in this one? Let's just play the game, and be merry.

I vote for BEAUTIFUL CHILD.

JohnL 08-26-2004 08:47 AM

I vote for...

Walk A Thin Line...

Most of Lindsey's Tusk songs suck the big one in my opinion.

Beautiful Child

please save That's enough for me. It's pure punkrock. But then melodically strong. Only one man is capable of that......

Serrart 08-26-2004 09:06 AM

No vote (yet) but Beautiful Child appeal

To campaign for a song is accepted, so I'll go with my appeal:

Is anybody else besides me interested to defend Beautiful Child against the obscure power of a very well organized and bossy oligarchy? (Just getting a little dramatic for electoral reasons ;) ) It seems the only way to keep the song in the game is to vote for That's Enough for Me.
So, come on, let's try, before they join their forces again and kick out one of the best Tusk tracks.

Thanks for your attention!

This is a game...

and I thought games were supposed to be fun. All this negativity is a little juvenile if you ask me. Get on with it.

We're just playing to the drama, man. It's "Survivor". Melodrama and fighting is what this is all about

And with that, I'll vote "Beautiful Child" to try and keep "That's Enough For Me" around for yet another round.

There are about 20 "one of the best Tusk-tracks".

So every vote is conquering one of the best tracks. This game is about conspiracy, spying, politicking, drama, typing as fast as you can to get immunity and fighting. Seems like one hell of a great game. And it's about puting statements. And I love statements.

Oh my god.

Obviously he was a few seconds ahead if it shows he was the first to post the answer.

This is getting beyond ridiculous.
