but it doesn't really matter though, right? i mean... the band still got paid what they were supposed to be paid... it's the promoter and the venue that absorbed the costs...

so... this means that some poor old ice fishermen in north dakota might not get their proper share cause the promoter already guaranteed mick john stevie and lindsey a set amount of money and as a result they might have to dip into the venue's pocket to pay the band? why doesn't the promoter pay for it? i mean hell, the promoter is still making money on this tour... if they had done some better PROMOTIONS maybe more tickets would have sold.... to go and take every bit of north dakota's share seems pretty messed up...
