I understand. I too have been aggravated to wait ages downloading a song on WinMX labelled one thing when it is actually something I already had. I had two different versions of "Trouble," both labelled Center Stage. I had to pull out the videotape and watch it, then compare it to the MP3s, to discover which one was TRULY from Centerstage. I still don't know where the other one was from. It's pretty bad when you have to record the times of the songs and file sizes to make sure you're not downloading duplicates.

So I'm certainly not proud of the fact that it was mislabelled on my site. In fact, it's quite embarrassing, which is probably why I reacted so badly to being used as the example of a lazy ignoramous in your post, lol.

Hi Nancy... could that version of "Trouble" be from Lindsey's 1981 appearance on SNL, or the San Juan Capistrano bootleg?
I've seen both of those floating around on WinMX and KaZaA.

There are some things that I've just given up on ever knowing the true source & date.
