Go Insane is my favorite album of his. Law and Order and Go Insane are actually examples of him doing things in a non typical fashion. He ventures into weird and different territories as far as pop/rock genre is concerned.
Out of the Cradle is a beautiful album. I just think he was trying to be more commercial with some of the songs and it was too late at that point for commerce. |

Rumours sparks. Tusk thumps. L&O squeaks. Mirage chimes. Go Insane clicks. Tango shimmers. Cradle soars. |

But instead he showcased his weirdness. god I love Law and Order. -------- I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't get Go Insane. I remember that I only gave it a few listens when I got it, and didn't get into it, and just put it away. |

I like Tango okay, but it sounds FAR more dated than say, The White Album. |

[QUOTE=HomerMcvie;1276391]It was too late. Can you imagine if he'd released OOTC in 1981? His solo career might have been MUCH larger.
I remember the OOTC CD wrapper has a sticker that says "The architect of the Fleetwood Mac sound". Believe me, in 1992 you could already hear (young) guys asking "Fleetwood Mac? Who?" |

I was going to add "Say You Will grates" but didn't want to end on a downer.
