She even said she was by Sara's side when Sara married Mick. I don't know if "by her side" means she was the maid of honor or not, but I don't believe her either way. I don't think she was at the wedding, but I do think she and Sara recorded some of their conversations when they hung out.

Yeah, I've heard a lot of people didn't believe she was at the wedding. It's just so funny to me how she claims to be best friends with someone so close to Stevie at the time. CAH is an enigma...

YES, please, if anyone has any more tapes to post that would be awesome! I've heard of the limo tapes but never had the total delight of listening to the rest of them until now...I've haven't heard the "stoned airplane" one yet or the BV tapes and I would loooooove to!

I read those two threads - really interesting read. I've heard the tapes before but never really understood what they were saying.

Yes, ever since Storms came out, I've been trying to find the one with Sara and Beverly Vance.

They are talking about Stevie in that tape and about her being jealous of Lindsey, how Stevie's new assistant is trying to keep her head on straight and not get sucked in by Stevie's craziness, etc.

I think the person in that tape with them talking is Carol Ann. We just did not know that when the tape started circulating. Now, I think it's Carol Ann, Sara and Beverly talking. It's one of the "Girlfriends" tapes that Carol mentions in her book.

Right. All of those tapes used to trade together. That one and the one with the men (and Judy) flying airplanes.

What happened was, people didn't like the tapes that didn't have Stevie in them as much. So, the ones that were more popular were the ones with her, Mick and Christine in that limo. And the other "conversations" fell by the wayside.

I was never interested in the Sara Fleetwood tape myself, because I didn't know who the other 2 were and they were just a bunch of babbling strangers.

But now that I think the third woman is Carol Ann, I want to hear it all over again with my more informed ear. And I can't find that tape now. I had never uploaded it to my computer. There's just a hard copy somewhere.

I might still have this and for you Michele I will look for it this week. When I did listen to it about 2 years ago it bored me to tears. I never even listened to the whole thing. So I might not have saved it, but like I said I'll try to locate it.

You're right. It was boring and hard to follow. I just think about it differently now. I guess it seems a little juicier as gossip, rather than for its content. I appreciate your taking a look.
