Jacob did the best he could. But I remember some people being displeased that he was influenced by "chiffon heads" and thereby his callings were in question. Perhaps you remember this as well?

I just KNEW a couple people would be whining if the outcome turned out differently - and I had a feeling one of them would be you. Well, I remember someone telling me to "live with it" when I was displeased that Sara was voted off in the tainted round. Now it's time for you to suck it up and live with it, Homey.

Besides, I thought the "chiffon heads" weren't smart enough to figure out your brilliant strategems. Guess that was a miscalculation.

I can understand protest by absention, but protest by voting against Lindsey? Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face. And I'm not quite sure how screwing Lindsey over shows your love of CarneVaca. Is this some kind of laughable "bribe" to Johnny Stew? Are you "protesting" because you think he got banned for Tusk survivor?! Get real. CarneVaca was not suspended for voting in favor of Lindsey, Gerald. I like the guy too but I'm not about to show that by voting off Lindsey songs.(!) Have you told him about this winner of a plan?

This is getting hard now because I love all these songs.

Please , Nancy, All my stategyskills are dried up. I'm perfectly aware about the nonsense of this private action. I just want to SHOW the fact that I'm totally :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: about the taste of fellowledgies and I screamed in the Carne thread that I would even vote off LB-songs to show how eager I am to get him back. Now I'm doing it just because I don't know how to vote in this game anymore. If you don't understand it, that's totally logical. Yes I could back out of the game, that's more sane. But after all the energy there is in it, I still feel the need to make statements, even if they don't cut any wood.

:Well, it maybe has something to do with teasing Johnny, but there are a lot better and funnier ways to do that. Banned for Tusksurvivor? No. Although we still don't know. So tell me to get real after knowing what's going on.

And........this is only a game, but the trouble with CarneVaca it became something that fueled it with something extra that does not fit with playing a silly survivorgame.

And no. The poor guy does not know of my pathetic move. He wouldn't understand either.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm looking around the current 'Tusk Survivor,' and I really don't see hordes of Stevie Fans coming out of the woodwork to "save their queen."

I'm pretty much seeing all of the same "faces" I saw in the last 'Tusk Survivor,' with just a few additions here and there (some of whom, are voting in Lindsey's favor). :shrug:

Like I said, Lindsey still has four songs in the top 10, and while Stevie has five, that one-song lead won't last forever... so, other than the fact that Christine only has one song remaining, it seems pretty balanced to me.

I love, love, love this song so much, and would prefer to vote for Sara, then Never Forget, but clearly this is the one besides SOTM that most people are voting for...And there's just no way I can let SOTM go without the best fight.

I just want to say that I seriously hope no one thinks I can be "bribed" into a decision, pro or con. (And really, bumping off Lindsey's songs wouldn't be a smart way to try and bribe me in the first place, since I love Lindsey too.)

Beyond that, I don't make the decisions around here... it's a democratic process involving the moderators. And as I've said before, I'm just one vote out of several.
So one would have to try and bribe ALL of us, I suppose.

At any rate, let's please focus on Nancy and rezamatic's game... they're doing a really great job. :nod: :)
