Please understand (I edited the initial post to make it clear) I'm not addressing all songs that were performed live in varied instances (such as one-off benefit shows, solo outings, etc), but just those in the context of a Fleetwood Mac show. To my knowLEDGE, The Ledge was only rehearsed for the Tusk tour, but it never made the set list. And, yes I know Lindsey/Fleetwood Mac is covering a Bob Dylan song.

I will never, ever, ever understand why they haven't performed Thrown Down live. It's so obviously the best song from SYW, and I don't think it would be incredibly challenging for them to do it live...

I'd love to see Miranda live, too. I can sorta see why they haven't played IDWTK since Stevie doesn't like the song at all, but, with it being performed on Glee... it would make sense to bust the song out.

Really though, I'd just love for them to acknowledge that they made albums in other decades apart from the 70s. :laugh: Gypsy and Big Love are the only songs that still get played from albums made after Tusk now, I think? That's just saaad.

Someone mentioned Crystal. According to Mick's book, the band DID perform that song during their first shows preceding the release of the White Album. My assumption is John McVie pushed for that, since it was his idea to include it on the album.

Lindsey performed Red Rover solo on Soundstage, same as Murrow - so neither one of these was performed by FM - at least that's my understanding. there was a mention a while ago in one of the forums that FM may have performed Red Rover at some point during SYW tour - not sure whether that's true or not, but i remember either Lindsey or somebody in his solo band commenting how they had to put it together to make sure that it sounds right for the Soundstage - so i would assume it was definitely not performed ever before the Soundstage.

EDIT: i agree with you, i would love to hear RR live again.

They did Red Rover on the SYW tour. Second leg, I guess? I saw them do it at Jones Beach in 2004. Remember it distinctly because the stage lights were blue and white.

I know for sure they played it in Marysville, CA and Madison, WI on SYW tour. Maybe a few other dates as well. :shrug:

Definitely. Although I want FM to do it, Lindsey could even a version of that at his solo shows without the band.
