Is this a rip off or something? I just don't want to give my credit card to someone that is just pulling a scam. Because not only do these people sound unprofessional, they are also not involved with any major company (like fanfire for example).

Well, I just ordered my set.
When I asked the woman if there were indeed bonus tracks, she said, "yes, the entire broadcast is included, plus three bonus tracks"... which leads me to believe that the "bonus tracks" are actually just the songs that won't air on PBS.
But who knows?

Either way, I'm happy... I wanted a professionally filmed document of the tour, and i'm getting one, and I wanted a DVD of the documentary, and I'm getting that too. :D

It's always smart to ask about a company's reputation before you give out your credit card information, but I believe HD Ready is trust-worthy.
I think they just don't usually deal with a huge volume of customers, or they purposely limit the amount of items they're selling at a given time. Which is probably why the Fleetwood Mac DVDs are the only ones on their merchandise page right now, but they're also offering Tom Petty DVDs when you call in your order.

Well, the price is a rip-off, but I don't think the company is.

Always check with the Better Business Bureau before you order anything by phone or on the internet.

So if anyone else has problems from Canada... There is a way to pre-order.

Thanks for the tip! Yay fellow Canadian ledgies! Is the Customer Service number you mentioned the 630.443.3000 number? I couldn't find any other numbers on their site.

(Darn long-distance charges - this thing is costing us enough as is!).

Yupe.. That's the number and it's the only other one on the site. I think that number which you pay for is actually the same as if you were to call the other toll free number.

You rekon it will cost you a fortune!! Imagine how those outside North America feel, not only do we have to deal with the Sh**ty exchange rate, you got postage and the phone call, I doubt I'll get change out of AU$100.

I ordered it, and I don't belong to the fanclub. I just called the number on HD Ready's page. :)
