I agree - it was a risky thing for LB to try - The guitar work is cool - but I just cannot take the vocal - AND I love LB and greatly admire him for being original with the song. It just did not work IMO.

Poor Lindsey's HCTS was indeed a disaster. I hate to sound harsh, but it was more of a tribute to Lindsey's fingerpicking skills than to George Harrison's song, which was unrecognizable. But the worst part was Lindsey's screeching, wince-worthy vocals at the end. I was so embarrassed for him.

Oh well, even the greatest genius has not-so-stellar moments. That is one of Lindsey's. Regardless, they should have given the man more respect and not tried to tell him what to do. LB brought in viewers and they should be grateful for that and leave him alone.

I like it too. Too bad it's too late for George to hear how it should really be played!

I have to say I thought LB's "Here Comes The Sun" was pretty fantastic. All gritty and edgy.

Is this going to be released as a single to radio? I heard a live version on the radio today that sounded different then the Dance version.

Oh... now I come to the second page and I have to disagree with you!!! That version of "Here Comes The Sun" was incredibly, amazingly, intensely bad, unbearable and terrible. I don't know if it deserved to be a tribute to anyone, anywhere. It was more of an offense to George's family, music and legacy. It just plain sucked, period. A moment I wish to forget. Sorry Lindsey.
