All I know is, if they drop Sara it's over for me. I have waited my whole life to hear that song live, and the way they keep pulling the rug out from under us makes me think that maybe it will be next to get axed. I mean who knows? I will be in utter shock if SS remains off the setlist, I don't think they'll drop it for good. However, it looks like they're mixing things up every night, so I guess we can't count on anything this leg. I like that and I don't, there are a few songs I wish would remained fixed--SS being one of them.

I think it's patently unfair to ass-ume that there's some "trouble in Shangri-La" or that this has anything to do with the ALLEGED "Lindsey blocking Stevie's view of Kristen" incident. I'm sorry, but whenever I try to picture that, I LOL. I keep imagining Kristen holding a baby over her head, like Tim Duncan, and LB is Shaq, playing guard, lunging left and right to "block" Stevie's view. :D
Ass-uming what Cory said is true, PERHAPS Stevie began feeling worse and worse as the show progressed, and didn't want to give a half-assed performance of SS. And THEN she bashed LB in the face with her tambourine backstage, and THAT'S why he was bleeding! :D |

LOL - I was not referring in any way to the alleged feud between K and La Nicks. I do not subscribe to that theory even though alot of people do  My TISL reference was solely toward Stevie getting sick on the TISL tour and that awful scenario not repeating itself on this tour, which I certainly hope does not happen. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF STEVIE!!!!!!!!!!! |

Interestingly, I've read reviews of the Atlanta show in which Kristen and Stevie were high-fiving each other. There seems to be a belief that at least for part of one song, Kristen may have been at the side of the stage with the baby, but the baby's head was covered with a blanket or something. In other words, even if it did happen, it was likely for a very limited amount of time, surely not enough to ruin the child's hearing for life, as some would have us believe. Be that as it may, the anger that Lindsey was apparently venting on stage most likely had to do with the technical glitches during the show, not as a result of some issue involving the fantasy love triangle. Someone said the beginning of Big Love was iffy. Also, during Come, Lindsey's guitar seems to have crapped out and he had to have it replaced. Being the perfectionist that he is, I'm sure these recurring technical problems are driving him crazy. One pretty good theory that was shared with me today is that he was so pissed that he went backstage, threw something that ricocheted and caught him right above the eye, hence the bleeding. That seems entirely plausible to me, especially considering Lindsey's penchant for throwing stuff around. |
