The lyrics hurt my everythng just a bit. They seem to be stolen from the book of cliches by a thief in the night. I spied that right away.

Oh, we need a parody:

It isn't just that Joe is such a pain
Everywhere he posts now
That blasted song is here to stay
It once hurt my eardrums
It hurt my everything

It is growing (like a smelly fungus)
Ooh, now I've got it playing
Sometimes it sounded lousy
Sometimes it was too-ooh ****ty
But now it's listened to by me
Well, I wanted to claw my face

Then there are the things
That cast the hate away
The things that made me stay
And listen for so long
Was a ****ty song then
But it's not really ****ty now
I abhorred it then
But I adore it now

They all suck!

Stevie - Dreams, Rhiannon, Gypsy, Sara, Gold Dust Woman, etc. From 1975-1983, she was pretty good. But these days she is lackluster. I wouldn't pay for a ticket to see her nowadays. The masses of casual fans still like her, though.

Lindsey - He's a mess, basically. His voice is shot, his songwriting is precious in the worst sense of the word, & his guitar playing is overrated. Plus, that shock of flea-ridden hair on his head looks like a Disneyland for the insect world.

Come on, now! They're not that bad! Cut 'em some slack!

My favorite Stevie Nicks song is "Friend From Yesterday", because it's so magical, mystical, and enchanting. I'm going to go put on my tophat and platform boots and twirl around my living room to it right now!~~~

Actually this reminds me...what is the deal with this staying in the FLEETWOOD MAC setlist? Was it almost a FM song or something? I could see it if Lindsey was still doing "Go Insane", but whay is this solo song in the group lineup? I know a lot of people dig this song but it always kind of bugs me when I hear that opening keyboard.

Any that...

have been overplayed on the past 2 tours...And it's not hard to figure out which songs I'm talking about.

I love Dreams Live! I like Stevie's vocals on it nowadays! However, I wouldn't much care if they dropped Rhiannon- from the one concert I went to this tour, I can't even remember it, so it couldn't have been that hot.

The songs from this tour that can not leave the setlist are The Chain, Stand Back, Beautiful Child, Go Your Own Way, Tusk, Say You Will, and Goodbye Baby. Those are the songs I distinctly remember loving! It is all such a blurr now though.

Hmm, have we done a pariody about the parodies yet?

We make all of our spoofs the same
Everyone is suffering the lame jokes made

They all implode just the same
And there's no telling when we will get some shame

Parodies, take a line
Make it a bastard rhyme
Soon all the songs demise

Parodies, don't be shy
Don't be afraid to dive
Laughter's the sweet suprise

You know all of our parodies suck
And they all center 'round that same black dress
But there's only one word we need
It's the one that rhymes with pipe...

I hate to say, but I am so sick of Landslide. I used to really love it. But now I am sick of it. Also, Mick's drum solos. I get very bored with him patting himself. Maybe a cool funky, upbeat bongo/drum solo would be more fun, but I never enjoy his. I used to get bored during the whole Not That Funny and World Turning songs too. But for some reason, I seem to enjoy them more now. But really, hearing a lot of the same songs live again and again, makes me wish they'd add different ones here and there. Like Beautiful Child. I miss Sisters of the Moon. I loved them doing Second Hand News, but it's a little too fast! But cool to hear something new like that which we don't usually get to hear live.

Least Favourite live

I am sick and tired of Mick's performance in World Turning!

The only good thing about it is that it gives you a chance to go for a wee.

Gail
